    I made the Korean beef bowls and my bf said it’s the best meal I’ve ever cooked. I was also shocked, I consider myself to be an advanced cook and the recipe was SO simple yet SO flavorful! It’s on our menu for life!

    I've just found out that my glass containers are oven safe. It makes a world of difference just baking the pancake mixture in the oven!! Game changer, and it saves so much time!

    Thank you for including GRAIN FREE recipes. I’ve been suffering for many years and finally discovered after many tests, exams and hospital visits that I’m terribly allergic to cereal grains, including oats, millet, corn, wheat, rye, barley, etc. Quinoa and chia are the only ones so far I’m able to eat without adverse effects. So many recipes online only include “gluten free” but there are many gluten free cereals I can’t eat. So yes, thank you for including grain free. Really appreciate it! ❤❤❤

    Your meal preps are so awesome, they've helped me understand how to breakdown my week's meals and breakdown exactly how much I was overeating 😅 I've tried 4 of your meal preps so far and am never disappointed. Please keep these coming and more often if you can! I do understand and appreciate the amount of work that does go into it

    I have made your pancakes twice with the shredded apples. I followed your recipe for whipped cottage cheese and heated up some raspberries and blackberries with 1 Tbsp. organic maple syrup, unfortunately I was out of blueberries, I put about 2 tablespoons in the whipped cottage cheese and put it on my pancakes and let me tell you, they were so delicious as were the turkey sausage patties!
    I love all of your meal preps, they are absolutely fantastic & delicious by.
    I did a cheat day because my husband wanted pizza. All I can say is no cheat dates for this gal. The same evening I woke up with a headache and acid reflux all the next day the 2nd day we had a Gyro and again the same thing. The second day instead of taking a med for the headache, I drank your big juice, and my headache went away within 10 minutes. I mentioned to my husband, no more cheat date, lol that will save money, not eating out.
    When I follow your program 100% I experience neither. Thank you! Just a sidenote, I have woken up with headaches every night around 3-4:30 in the morning for the past 14 years, and when I started your plan, it was like I was healed. I thank God every day I found your TH-cam channel or your channel found me 😊💛🌻

    For the Korean beef bowls, add in quick pickled cucumber to bring it over the top! I use a vegetable peeler to peel the solid part of the cucumber (don’t include the seeds), and mix it with a touch of salt, some white vinegar and a little sugar. It really is a fresh flavor to go with the beef!

    I just found your channel and I’m VERY excited to watch your meal prep videos!! Have you done any videos focusing on nutrition/foods for people with cancer? I’ve had three different types of cancer over the past 5 years and I’m finally getting my appetite back after radiation so I want to be sure I’m giving my body what it needs to stay healthy.

    Found you guys last week. I have been enjoying your content and learning so much. I dont comment much.
    This one was perfect for me. Going on a mini vacation for a week with my husband and not going to do any lifting. Just going to chill out, go for walks with our dog, play games, watch movies, relax by the pool... Looking forward to the rest. Anxious now to see if I am stronger when I get back to it.

    Fantastic! I had the BEST Monday breakfast I've ever had because these were already cooked and ready to go. The spice blend on the sausage was fantastic and the pancakes turned out really well. I'm looking forward to lunch and dinner all week now!

    The shake looks awesome and I am going to try it with coconut yogurt...I like the idea of making 5 servings instead of just one at a time. I never thought about making shakes in advance...The only downside is that I might wind up drinking 5 shakes in one afternoon...Great stuff

      Yes! I’ve found that shakes without leafy greens tend to stay fresher longer so they can be prepped more in advance. For ones that do have leafy greens, I use my freezer bag method to prep in advance or just make it fresh ☺️

    Kayla, I just stumbled upon you because I have recently gone gluten free and trying to eat a more Whole Foods/anti-inflamatory diet because I want to feel my best (and drop a few LBs). I have been BINGE watching your videos because we have similar tastes in food and your recipes are not boring and are so packed with flavor and variety. I was getting so frustrated with other recipes because they lacked the variety. The only complaint is my list of recipes to try is growing by the second! HAHA. That is a good thing though, keep them coming! xo

    One of my favourite meal preps ever!! I made the pancakes into waffles. SO MOIST and flavourful, and the turkey sausages so rich and juicyyy! Delicious salad dressing, and I really loved the Asian-inspired dinner! I always double the sauce on your Asian-inspired dishes, so tasty!!

    This is a million subscribers and view worthy channel!!Thank you so much for taking the time to make these wholesome meals and sharing with us, the pancakes are the best pancakes, very fluffy and soft, the only complaint is my 8 and 2 year old boys finished it in one day so it didn’t last for the week meal prep! The best part, I have everything in my kitchen and I’m currently making everything right now. , the way my boys ate these pancakes made me cry 😢. Thank you and God bless you!

    I agree about jar salad being a game changer. A lot of times I leave out the dressing and put it in a side container.

    Wow! I just made the Korean beef for me and my toddler (minus Chilli flakes ofc) and we loved it! Also I'm actually full for once. When I eat unhealthy foods I notice I'm super hungry after even when I eat a lot. This is amazing 👏

    I'm having a hard time starting ur 21 day meal plan. I just realized my husband is a pescatarian but no dairy and by default I am kinda of vegan/pescararian too. I do still eat meat and low fat meat but i don't want to do 2 meals because he is pescatarian/vegan. Love ur meal preps. I may have to just do me for now, I'm sure I have hormonal weight that just won't melt away easily. Thx for what u do Kayla. If you have any suggestions I would appreciate it!!!

    I saw one of your videos & you were wearing a necklace with a “K” pendant. My oldest son got married recently & my DIL said she needed more K things due to her name change. I’d love to get something similar to your necklace for her, if you don’t mind sharing the info on where it’s from. BTW I really like your videos. Not only do you provide great instructions, but theyre concise & very informative. I especially like the nutrition information. Thanks

    Hey! If you place a sheet of tin foil loosely over the top of the pan while the pancakes are cooking you will have more of the pancake cooked and give a sturdier flip.
