I made the frittata with crumbled tofu instead of the meat and added canned black lentils. I sprinkled hemp seeds on top. It turned out great and loaded with proteins!

I’m a college student and I have been trying to get into meal prep for those busy days on campus and putting all my time to work and school. I don’t need to loss weight but I don’t need to get all my vitamins and minerals/veggies and fruits. As a college student chips from the vending machine is a go to buy I don’t want that to be my meals

How much weight have you lost eating these meals? You look georgeous! I'm trying to figure out how to sub for items I'm allergic to (peppers, celery, eggplant, pork, tuna, olives, MSG, etc) and also watch bad fats and my already high cholesterol as well as being allergic to a ton of stuff but thank goodness I'm not gluten or dairy sensitive! She actually bought all the containers and the groceries and created all the meals from one of your videos that you made a really yummy hamburger soup as well as breakfast sausage and yogurt blueberries. I've been doing Weight Watchers for the last year-and-a-half and I've lost 85 lbs. But I've been struggling to lose these last 10 lb. Are also suffer with inflammation and temptation so I'm going to try this meal prep situation I'm really give it a chance.. thank you for sharing all of this with us. My sister made the muffins that have almond flour as well as carrots and apples and those are so delicious!
Tysm! They all contain a good amount of fiber to help slow the release of sugar. The frittata is definitely fine. For the pasta salad, if you can find hearts of palm noodles or shirataki noodles, those are lower carb. For dinner, the only issue would be the sauce since it uses orange juice and honey. So you could swap it out for another dinner recipe from my blog that’s lower carb ☺️

The rice and cauliflower mixture is smart. I am not a big fan of cauliflower but white quinoa could be a good substitute.

That is a great tip to prepare rice! Sometimes regular rice is too heavy, and cauliflower rice is not filling enough

For the orange chicken can you substitute the arrow or tapioca flour with Almond flour by blue diamond?
Unfortunately, no. You can sub it with cornstarch or regular wheat flour. Almond flour isn’t a thickener like arrowroot and tapioca.

I just bought all new ceramic non toxic pans! Also new silicone tongs and flipper, no more aluminum and plastic, all my storage containers are glass ❤❤❤❤

New subscriber! My sister just turned me to your channel. She actually bought all the containers and the groceries and created all the meals from one of your videos that you made a really yummy hamburger soup as well as breakfast sausage and yogurt blueberries. I've been doing Weight Watchers for the last year-and-a-half and I've lost 85 lbs. But I've been struggling to lose these last 10 lb. Are also suffer with inflammation and temptation so I'm going to try this meal prep situation I'm really give it a chance.. thank you for sharing all of this with us. My sister made the muffins that have almond flour as well as carrots and apples and those are so delicious!

This looks easy I was diagnosed with diabetes ugh will this be good for that? It looks pretty much on track. As always looks delish too!
Tysm! They all contain a good amount of fiber to help slow the release of sugar. The frittata is definitely fine. For the pasta salad, if you can find hearts of palm noodles or shirataki noodles, those are lower carb. For dinner, the only issue would be the sauce since it uses orange juice and honey. So you could swap it out for another dinner recipe from my blog that’s lower carb ☺️

Hi! Found your channel and I’m loving it! 😊 just a quick question: what can I use instead of the salsa for the frittata? I am allergic to anything spicy. I can’t even use black pepper, paprika, etc. and I’ve noticed that salsa has those condiments. I’m looking for a substitute so it is not dry. TIA for your help.
