Hey friends! Be sure to revisit our app *daily* for a new high-protein recipe (until Sept 4, 2024): bit.ly/PULapp_protein_collection - note, the promo has ended, but you can still snatch a 7-day FREE trial of our app here: bit.ly/PUL_app 📲
If high protein isn’t your thing, don’t worry! We’re still posting other recipes every weekday, from drinks and desserts to snacks and more! 🍓
Oh, and psssst: we have a “high protein” filter in the app (top right of the recipe index page) where you can find recipes with over 20g protein per serving… in case you wanted even more high protein meal ideas 😛🙌🏻

Y’all ❤!!! I made the seitan and it is so good. I was so shocked. The process was not hard and really was the same as the video. We put it in the fridge overnight and sliced it thin the next day as the video showed. I had it on a low carb bun with bbq sauce, mustard and pickles! I still can’t believe how good it was 😊 I put it in MyFitnessPal and for 100 grams is 40 grams of protein. Thank you so much.

Thank you for adding a new high protein section. I love using your app! I will say that I don’t always use the add ons that you suggest so it’s hard to know the accurate macos without having to “create a new” recipe excluding the optional toppings. Other than that, your app is awesome!!!!

I am soooooooo excited about this!! I've been hitting the weights to gain more muscle these days and having a hard time meeting my elevated protein needs. @@Denidrakes69it can seem that way! But actually it’s pretty simple, protein should be limited until we reach older age (55-60 age range), as it does have a negative impact on longevity. Then increasing intake in old age is a good thing. This is per Dr. Longo’s research

Thank you for another great video! With some lovely recipes! It’s really nice that all three are so different. Also a pet-peeve of mine is cooking videos where ppl will keep their rings on while also mixing ingredients with them. So thank you for removing all jewellery while showcasing the seitan recipe! Made it look much more appetising 😂

I'm so excited for the video.. BTW, are you still an audiobookworm? I recently listened to one called Make Time and you're gonna love it bcz I know how much u loved Atomic Habits. What book are you currently listening to? Any new recommendations? Sending you and the whole PUL family so much love as always 💚

Hey friend! 😄 Oh you bet! I've listened to Make Time - it was a great one, thanks for taking the time to share! I've currently got 3 audiobooks going: The Name of the Wind (a fiction, loving it so far), I May Be Wrong (written by a Buddhist monk, very calming), and 80/20 Sales and Marketing (honestly, I'm not enjoying this one, it reads like an infomercial... might give up on it soon) - but I definitely recommend the first two 🤓 Sending lots of love to you as well!

    These meals are great!
Also for those wanting to understand more on protein and longevity I advise to watch Dr Andrew Hubermans podcast specifically the one with Dr.Gabrielle Lyon: How to excercie and eat for Optimal health and longevity.
It's quite important for your first meal to be between 30-50g protein (even more important for women)

Great recipes! Can you do a video with different ice creams? I bought the Ninja Creami Deluxe and I love it. I'm looking for simple recipes for vanilla, strawberry, banana and pistachio ice cream for the summer.

I enjoy your recipes. They make eating a plant based diet interesting. I have a question though, I’m diabetic and need HIGH protein, low carb meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Would you PLEASE share some of your FLAVORFUL options🎉😊

Thank you so much for this! I've been making lots of your recipes for my husband and I (he's loved them all) but having extra protein rich recipes will be amazing to have!
Side note: I've been in Japan for two years (I'm from Germany) never did I crave a Döner, but damn I must make one of yours now! They look delicious!

I made seitan from regular flour in my cooking class in my senior year in high school. It took a while and the seasoning was added by boiling it in a broth. This is way easier. 😂

PUL, I really appreciate you sharing 30 g of protein isn’t necessary at every meal. Whats your take on where this comes from? I’m slowly moving to a vegan lifestyle and the idea that I won’t get enough protein is a question. Plus I’m trying to lose weight after pregnancy and keep reading it’s all about protein.
