In part 2 of the POL disc brake conversion we install all new brakes and the power booster on the 65 C-10 project truck. Then we bleed the brakes.

Youngest son has a 66C10, oldest has a 55 3100 ! Want to get them pwr disc brakes for 2024 Christmas ! We'll see ! Thank You Tim
Very cool!
Nice videos. Line goes on the inside of the frame and hope you fixed that leak when you started bleeding them!
Thanks and yes I went through and tightened up everything!
Nice work! 👍
Thank you! :)
Nice work Jim 👍 Maybe some steel coil or something to wrap the lines in the wheel well area ? I need to redirect mine now since the big block went in. Best days to you and yours !
Yeah I actually have a few things I'm going to try. I just didn't do it in the video. Kinda felt like it was going long lol
Thanks for the nice video Jim. Which company did you order the brake lines from? Any recommendations?
You're welcome :). You know I don't really recall but I imagine it was a CPP kit or Inline Tube kit. I have usd brake lines from both of those companies with no issues. The best thing to do is to call them and tell them what you are doing especially if going from drum to disc.
Penetrating Lube and heat. and/or a tap tap of a air hammer.... viola ya got it. Good for another 60 years.
Man I hope so! lol
Don't judge me! It was cold ❄️😨😬
Oh I'm not judging...oh wait yes I am :P
