    Awesome videos! Please make a video series about how to proper warm up for the squat, bench and deadlift and for days where I train bench and squat in one day for example. How should a proper warm-up look like and how should I structure my warm-up, what comes first, mobility, stretching (what stretching), activation etc. Thank you very much for sharing so much valuabel content!

      bear foot shoe, it just does not have the toes all together instead of separate. I do have Virbam bear foot shoe, and this is the best to get something under your foot with wearing anything at all, plus enjoyable for walking in river beds...

    coach Kyle has upper ribcage breathing pattern and poor core stability so demonstration was very bad((

      Filtr as important as
      Proper breathing and bracing are, they do change the effectiveness of the drill or demonstration.
