These are my 2 favorite Bibles. And I evaluate which is the overall better Bible.

I love my Schuyler Bibles! I enjoy and read each one. As a lady over 60 now, I especially love the 11 pt font in the Quentels! ☺️

They’re both beautiful bibles. I have the Canterbury. I’m tempted to get a Quentel ESV as well, but I’ve been holding out for a Longprimer 53 (those things are never in stock 😢). Thank you so much for this comparison!

Cambridge does a full yap with certain versions of the concord.
I have a Schuyler Quentel ESV with full yapp. Schuyler are doing some amazing things with all the translations, and designs with things like full yapp and amazing colours of leather.
But, they are redesigning their typesettings. The new Quentel ESVs due out in a month or two will have a 10pt size text, with drop caps. I heard previously that it would only be new translation editions of the Quentel that would be designed with 10pt size text. But since its happening to the Quentel ESV now too, I'd personally just buy a Stridon ESV since the single column typesetting is better if both editions will have the same size text.
If I were buying now, I'd get the new Cambridge Topaz NASB, also in blue.

I’m not sure you can conclude that one has better paper than the other because it is literally the identical paper coming out of the same printer and bindery. If there’s any variation it’s not due to anything that either publisher has any control over.

Keep an eye out for the Schuyler NKJV Stridon (verse by verse). It's in the works.
Great review. I agree that the Schuyler wins in this comparison, yet my favorite NKJV is the Thomas Nelson SCR Premier Collection Bible. I love the layout for reading and much prefer the feel of 36 GSM paper even though it is a thicker Bible.

Do all of these assessment points have the same value? For example, should some of these points of assessment be worth say 2 points or 3?
I made verse by verse worth 3 points. Other than that 1-point each
Living Christian. Those Bibles aren't as nice as
Thomas Nelson NKJV Bibles.
Thomas Nelson generally are ok but don’t touch the Schuyler.
@@mattb2700 I think the Schuyler are overpriced and not as nice as the Thomas Nelson Bibles.
Both are altered, distorted, corrupted versions of God's Word.
I stay far away from both.

@Living Christian The AKJ. An exhaustive Concordance and an unabridged dictionary.
We, as a BODY of Christ, have to pick one. It might as well be the one that the author, William tyndale, a man who was stangled and burned at the stake for translating it.
Not the ones where a group of wicked men planned to distort the Word of God by giving inferior translations.
And, companies that sell smut books right next to your Bible. Some of these publishers that sell your Bible sell pornography as well.
