And you are my dream tutor out all of others because you know about nutrition too! Like amazing😍! Also I didn't knew that workout repetitions and sets vary from person to person? 😳
      I mean calorie to sets repetition ratio exists?

      hey hope you feel better soon but yeah nothing different for you too, start slow train 2-3 days a week and slowly improve your appetite so that you can fuel your body and overtime imuunity and stamina both will improve.

      Hey I do have a beginners workout video where I have used home equipments to start with. you definitely need to lift some srt of weight if you want to gain weight. Bodyweight exercise might not take you far.

    Mam kam price mein koi achha whey protein aap bolo na please. Kyunki hum student ke liye itna costly whey protein mein invest karna bohot difficult hain
