    3 years ago i lost 20 kg in 10 months 85kg to 65kg... with lottttts of inch loss
    but phir dhyan nahi diya diet pr and exercise bhi chhod di 😥phir 15 kg badh gaya .... 80kg ... i have started exercise in lockdown and lost 1 kg .... frieds there is no shortcutsfor loosing weight ...its life style... ab main 1500se 1800 calroie diet krrahi with exercise

      I have reduced weight and inches too eating chapati all 3 times some time 2 times a day one prantha in bf 2 chapati in lunch and one in dinner but I exercised in mrng walk after lunch ab workout in evng and again walk at night after dinner & finished my dinner before 7.30 PM
