Getting rid of the people around you can change everything and sometimes it’s the only thing that works! I tried making changes for 10 years and until I stopped talking to all those “friends” I didn’t make the changes I wanted to see. Also, it ended up being so much easier than I ever anticipated. My life is a 180 and yes I may miss people and the lifestyle at times but then I look at my present and get over the sadness real fast.

Hit me in the open spot. I know I’m missing something. I’ve gotten over “charging” for that I love to do but it seems that more people would be coming. I offer journeys not tours to Cuba and Guatemala from the U.S. These are not for the cruise boat crowds but for those who want to engage spreed awesome kindness. I’m sure these people are everywhere but we haven’t found each other. Love all the people in Seth’s community.❤

Non-issue, so, like, should we be focusing on that? For people who work in organizations, the best advice I can give is this: give away credit, take blame, take responsibility. If you are willing to do those two things, no one will get in your way, because when you give away credit to your boss, your boss will want you to do it again. And if something doesn't work, you take responsibility, they'll let you do it again, and if we keep doing those two things again and again, soon there will be a long line of people who will want us to give them credit and have resources, so they can take the credit for what we did. So, if we focus on those two things and do them over and over, we will soon have a line of people waiting to give us credit.
Knowing this, what should we focus on? The people we seek to serve and the changes we want to make. If we have those two things in place, everything else will be flexible. The mission is clear: we want to impact people's lives and change them for the better. We want to serve people, and that's what we should focus on.
If the change we seek is to reduce the amount of beef people eat, and the people we serve are business people who go out for lunch, then Dosa might be easier to sell than chickpeas. But if we tell people that the change is to get them to eat better, they might not understand. We need to explain why it's better for them. We can use the idea of a filter to help them understand.
I don't want to talk about Steve Jobs' speech, but I do want to mention his idea of connecting dots. When we teach people how to canoe, we need to connect the dots so they understand the process. We spend a lot of time collecting dots, but we don't always connect them. We should find our "aha" moments and connect the dots to see the big picture.
So, I wanted to say this because you reminded me of something. When I was 20, I decided I wanted to be a public speaker. I didn't think it was possible, but now I can spend an hour talking to you. My journey has always been guided by who I want to serve, what change I want to make, and what I hope to become. I look forward to meeting the person who I hope will be wiser, more generous, calmer, insightful, and brave. If I can avoid shortcuts, I will get there. That's the day I want to live. This has been a wonderful conversation.

I'm also trying to teach people but they don't care, mostly people are programmed so heavily that only when they pay money for lessons they listen😊

Thank you for sharing ❤ . It was said to me by a boss at successful enterprise that when your service is cheap cost, people avoid buying it. Because of a true saying "Poor one cannot afford cheap" (because cheap is not so useful and breaks more easily). Life.

@@MikkoMurmeli exactly, I'm a very skilled carpenter, can build a whole house from fundament to chimney, but I sold my product too cheap, so most people thought I was no good. Life 😊. Also if you are friendly, people think something is wrong with you, however, I believe it's only in the western capitalist world life is like that.

Having a dream is still better than not having one. I have a great one: to leave a real heritage to coming generations. Part of it is to learn to forgive even the worst crooks, those who are above and beyond the law. I think that's a worthy goal.
    What's your dream?

I think AI can be more than just a mediocre producer of anything. In few years AI will create innovative products to the degree people will be stunned saying how such thing can create so easily and really fast!!! mediocre is a humble word should not be used with AI in one sentence,

AI will take over a HUGE amount of peoples jobs.. even the strategists and coaches and managers will not be needed
