    I feel very confident and proud of my design that I have just decided to put efforts and marketing efforts behind. From here it's just a matter of figuring ouch how to get it in the Lexicon of our society.

    Brilliant. Thanks for the heavy-lifting. It would be fun to see better convos around regional identities. The best snobs not consistent shame identity as invisible, w/out understanding how culinary imagination

    How nice for talented people..
    The rest of us do jobs that we can hopefully tolerate and live our average lives...
    Most of us are average
    It's the statistical imperative
    How do you advise us?

    • @CoryAmesYT
      @CoryAmesYT  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      First, I wouldn't sell yourself short and overestimate everyone else.
      Second, instead of being "better," just find ways to be "different."

    I have gained a lot from listening to and reading Seth's work and participating in two workshops over the years so I don't enjoy coming down on the details of his assertions, but he is wrong about regenerative livestock management not being scalable. Why can't it be? I believe it is necessary to rebuild abused soils. There's intense rotational grazing, silvopasture, alley-cropping. There's red seaweed. There's even a clustercluck! Learn, Seth, if you're going to offer your thoughts on an industry. He was also wrong on the jabz. He's a g when it comes to supporting businesses in their pursuit of meaningful work but it seems like he gets some big things dead wrong

      Yeah, I greatly appreciate Seth's participation and enthusiasm for our conversation, however, just because you're an "expert" in one domain, doesn't mean you're an expert in another.
