I tried an oil catch but I got a code p0221 on a check engine light and the engine was falling on its face with no power. I tried this and took the oil catch off and it drives great again, now I’m hoping no more issues with oil in intake.
How did you pull out the valve? I couldn't get it out, then it broke in the well when I tried to wiggle it out with pliers and vice grips. I had to pay $700 to remove the $18 part. The new one will never come out since it had to be hammered in place with a socket over it.
How is it with the 4 holes any lean codes on cylinders 1 and 2 and does it sound like pulling squeaking I drilled all the way through mine and I got those codes too much air

Hola, tengo la misma gmc pero se me enciendo el traction control y stability track me puedes ayudar? Cuando limpie todo aceite que filtro por la valve PCV desapareció la luz pero luego a los días me volvió a encender tienes idea que puede ser? Se enciende cada ves que bajas a 20mph
That's not gonna fix the oil collection in the throttle body got to be another leak on the bottom of that camshaft to get oil pressure up into the throttle body I still figuring out and search to someone that say something with common sense

Is that actually called the pcv valve? Or is there another name for it ? Is there a part number also? Is there one in the front also? Thanks

Compre la pcv valve part number is V518 y no entra es muy grande no sabes porque jose?

Dont use V518 its way to big doesn't fit in the hole

Dude buy the valve is cheap that’s not the way to fix the problem get a new one
