    Hey Taylor idk if u will answer this but if u see it I would appreciate you. I have been eating only ribeye steak for around 40isj days and the reason is because my body does easiest with it for some reason I don’t understand.. i tried to add a potato and then my bladder goes crazy and feels like maybe there’s pressure on it I have gotten it scoped so there’s no issue it’s pretty much a hit problem guaranteed at this point because the symptoms get so much better but I don’t ever feel very energized even with the rib-eye and all the fat it’s crazy and anytime I add anything carb related everything gets so much worse and even with steak I have issues but I have the least amount of issues and it’s a bad gut issue but it causes me to wake up at night so much it ruins my life. I’m just exhausted. Idk why only eating steak reduces the symptoms so much but it does

      @Hygravity I’m sorry to hear that you’re struggling. At least you’ve found something that your body is tolerating at this time. Have you done any testing? I would recommend that as a first (and immediate) step - you need to know what you’re working with to know how to move forward. There could be so many things going on here: SIBO, enzyme insufficiency, mold toxicity, etc.
      My advise is to find a good practitioner, do the testing and then determine the plan of action. Best of luck on your healing journey - sending love.

    Is it ok to take probiotics just before eating or after eating? What’s the difference if I take them With food and or with an empty stomach? Thank you so much for the video

    • @taylorwessel
      @taylorwessel  2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      You can take probiotics either way, but if your ultimate goal is to change your gut flora, it’s most beneficial to take them on an empty stomach. When you take them with food, they act more like a digestive enzyme.
      So glad you found this video useful and hope you’ll subscribe for more :)

    is their any digestive enzymes with probiotics in the same supplement?

    • @taylorwessel
      @taylorwessel  ปีที่แล้ว +5

      I'm sure there are, and I understand the idea of simplifying things by taking them together...but truthfully, these should be taken differently which is why I recommend 2 different formulations: digestive enzymes with meals / probiotics on an empty stomach before bed. I hope that helps!
