I have another video coming out in a month or so that talks about some scenarios where using ox bile can be helpful. But for the most part, this video can give you more insights about ox bile: th-cam.com/video/YMTd4FXd0ng/w-d-xo.html
For HCL, I can't tell someone who isn't a client how many HCL to take, but when 5 capsules doesn't do the job, there is likely a bacterial overgrowth present and the alkaline waste from that overgrowth is neutralizing the HCL. So you might need to take steps to correct that. You can learn more about that in this podcast episode: kickitnaturally.com/episode312/
When you go through our totally free digestion course, you'll also learn why we never want anyone using HCL unless they are also taking Beet Flow.

We don't view enzymes like taking a hormone has the ability to cause the body to make less of that hormone. Enzymes should come to us from our food and the way we cook and process our food destroys those enzymes. That's why we need to access them from other sources if we're not eating enough raw foods.

Being overly catabolic is common for athletes and that can really thicken the bile.
I feel like it's fine to do a beet flow flush and suppository on the same day, we just view it as optimal to do the suppository the day after, with the hope that the flush thins things out by the next day and then the suppository dilates the pathway to open up flow better.
