    I think my husband has issues w gluten. But he loves pasta beer and bread. He gets bloating and gut issues. I feel fine when i eat it snd dont get bloated however I have always had add ocd anxiety and mental issues. I really think we should cut it out 2 weeks and see how we feel.

    Great video. I just wonder can I combine salmon with leafy greens and olive oil? Can I cook the salmon in olive oil? I understand that protein and fat should not be combined. So if this is true, how do I cook the salmon and what dressing do I put on the leafy greens. Without oil it would be very dry. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

    I think I need a liver detox. I can’t stay focused while doing my work on my computer, I have swelling in my legs(down by my ankles) like I’m retaining water all of a sudden, my legs inch sometimes more than usual, and I notice different marks on my legs I guess from my legs being swollen. It kinda look like stretch marks

    I always shop. At our local farmers market and I decided to just buy micro greens instead of buying organic lettuce since I want to get the most nutrients that I can in my diet! I love them so much.. I split the container with my husband and I… so delicious!❤

    I already eliminated all the foods you mentioned and still i am reacting to stuff, my Symptoms get worse and worse, so what then?

      You should reach out to your GP and ask them to refer you for food allergy testing. There maybe something else going on.

    Today is the first time I heard of micro greens. I want to find out about them but I like the search to be quick and simple to understand. I wonder if micro greens come in easy to swallow capsules. I would like to find the answer to a simple way to get vegetable nutrients into my son and myself for better health. He doesn’t hardly eat vegetables or fruit and it concerns me. He doesn’t really crave them either! First time viewing your channel. You seem to explain things simply. I will check out your videos.     Not broken down in the digestive system like real foods are? Come on, we've known for more that a hundred years how our digestive system digests what we eat. Protein is immediately broken down into amino acids, twenty kinds, same twenty in every protein. Fats and carbohydrates are also broken down in to a few common pieces, same pieces whether in a GMO food or a non-GMO food. In fact, every GMO food, before it is approved, has to be proven to digest quickly and identically to the original non-GMO kind of food. Where did this "Body doesn't recognize" claim come from? This lady is probably not as dumb as the fellow I heard a few weeks ago, who claimed that GMO plants have no seeds and that your body needed to eat the seeds to get instructions about how to process the food. And here I had been eating various fruits (peaches, avocado, apple) and not even eating the seeds.
