    Digestive enzymes play a vital role in breaking down the food we consume, aiding in the absorption of nutrients, and promoting a healthy digestive system. However, knowing the optimal timing of when to take these enzymes can greatly enhance their effectiveness.
    One of the key benefits of taking digestive enzymes is that they aid in the digestion of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates, promoting better overall digestion. By supplementing with digestive enzymes, you can alleviate discomfort, bloating, and other digestive issues commonly associated with a leaky gut.
    If you've ever felt unsure about the right timing or efficacy of digestive enzymes, then this video is an absolute must-watch for you.
    Understanding when to take digestive enzymes is crucial for optimizing their benefits. Remember to consult with a healthcare professional to determine the best timing and dosage for your specific needs.

    I've been battling chronic poor digestion for a year.
    I had low bile production from gallbladder sludge.
    The mainstream will tell you that you can live without your gallbladder and although true, trust me, you want to KEEP your organs, if you the option to.
    I kept mine!
    Symptoms: I had yellow stool, explosive bowel movements with undigested food.
    I followed my stool very closely over the next 12 months.
    Throughout much change, a full-on 180-degree lifestyle change, weight loss, and trial and error with certain foods, finding out works for me, I've settled on digestive enzymes.
    15 to 20 minutes before I eat, I take my digestive enzymes.
    Especially if I'm going to eat a fatty meal, I make sure I'm taking my DE.
    Following my meal, after about 2 to 2.5 hrs I take my ox bile to ensure the digestive process more effectively.
    My stool is now fully digestive and the proper brown color.
    I never went to the doctor, I fully relied on body awareness, making sure I paid attention to how my body spoke/reacted.
    Your body will take time to heal, maybe weeks, months or even years, never give up.
    Eat WHOLE foods and forever remove processed foods and alcohol.
    Your body will heal❤

    Hey there! Such an informative video in a really easy way to process and understand, so thankyou for this! 🙏 May I ask, if after introducing a digestive enzyme your stools become very loose, would they indicate that you don’t need one?

    Hey Doc, I'm 23 and was diagnosed with H-pylori, ulcers and gastritis, later my ulcers and hpylori were gone after taking some antibiotics, but my latest diagnostic still shows me that I have antral gastritis(stomach inflamation and pain) and I've been suffering from indigestion (yellow stool) since like 6-7 month, should i take digestive enzymes? Or what would you recommend me besides it then?

    I've been on keto and intermittent fasting for the last 4 years and the last 10 months only omad or 48h-fast. In the recent 2 months I developed severe digestive problems like cravings, galbladder pain, bloating, tiredness, feeling very full after eating or diarrhea, and gaiined weight again. Now it's better after I started taking bile salts, l-tryptophan and reduced the portions. Since two days I am also taking digestive enzymes. Is there any advice you can give me additionally? What can help me? Thank you for your informative content.

    I’ve been feeling super backed up lately, bloated and constipated. I’ve seen my doctor and did what they prescribed by taking fiber supplements and probiotics but it still doesn’t fix regularity for me and bloating. I’m thinking it could be my digestion or slow digestion that might be causing slow absorption and passing. Do you think taking digestive enzymes would be helpful to fix my problems and get me back to being regular?

    • @OswaldDigestiveClinic

      Enzymes can be very helpful for a slow digesting gut, recommend beginning 1cap with each meal, may need 2 or 3 depending on how you feel things are moving.

    After taking digestive enzymes for several years, I went without for a few days and had diarrhea. I don't want my system to rely on them and stop producing them on their own. Your advice would be helpful. Thanks.

      @OswaldDigestiveClinic  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      When taking digestive enzymes correctly, they should be supporting and helping your body restore normal function. Return to the enzymes and wean them off slowly. Also be sure to confirm if there are underlying issues to poor enzymatic function.

    My 10 year old daughter has very large solid stools. So large and solid they often block the toilet. She often takes prescribed laxatives movicol in the Uk. Would digestive enzymes help her?

    • @OswaldDigestiveClinic
      @OswaldDigestiveClinic  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Recommend beginning with magnesium citrate instead of the laxatives, this will soften the stool and help elimination naturally. Then add in digestive enzymes to help the breakdown of her food.

    • @OswaldDigestiveClinic
      @OswaldDigestiveClinic  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Drinking water an excess of water with enzymes has the potential to dilute them, just as if you drank a large glass of water with a meal depletes your enzyme and stomach acid.

      Low lipase and protease, which help digest fats and proteins may create foot odor. Recommend supporting food digestion with taking a digestive enzyme.

    Ok 1st of all, you are stunningly gorgeous, let's get that out of the way. :) But more importantly, when I tried pancreatic enzymes (I have EPI), it gave me lower right side abdominal cramps. Doctors have said they're supposed to have no side effects. Am I just unlucky in the very rare group of people who have a negative reaction to them? Or maybe the pain is because it's clearing out parts of my gut that had undigested food particles stuck there (don't really know if that's possible, always assumed they'd just be flushed out).

    • @OswaldDigestiveClinic
      @OswaldDigestiveClinic  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You may want to try a lower dose of the enzyme and experiment with the way you take them. 10-15min before a meal or take after a few bites of a meal. This may help with the symptoms you are feeling.

      The use of digestive enzymes over an extended period of time have not been found to harmful. Many people need to take them for 6 months, possibly up to a year, but if taken correctly will support your gut and within the timeframe above can be discontinued.
