I’ve just recently discovered you and have been watching your videos tonsss... you are stunningly beautiful, I could listen to you talk all day (your accent!!!!! Omg), and you have the body I have dreamed of having my entire adult life lol 😆 Clearly you know what you’re doing when it comes to fitness and eating and I am trying to watch as much as I can to learn from you and dig myself out of this rut! I have lost around 50 lbs over the last 2 years but I am working really hard to get rid of the last bit of it and it’s been next to impossible to get rid of. I was so thankful to find you; I have learned so much in such a short amount of time just watching your videos. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and sweetness with the world. You are stunning in every way!
Also - Don’t worry AT ALL about your English - I actually enjoy your earlier videos when your English wasn’t as good better because you’re adorable when you don’t know the word and I can tell you’re trying so hard and the majority of us all speak only ONE language so the fact that you can speak at least 2 (unless you speak more that I don’t know about ?!) is simply incredible. Your English is better than some who have spoken it all their lives lol 😂 seriously! ❤️

I can watch these wrong vs right videos like every week! Hanna, you explain it so clear! I usually train with youtube videos cause I need someone to push me further, and I get the time stress of it so it's easy to forget all these helpful rules and just go with the exercise quickly. I would love more of these reminders of how to do it right basically on all of the muscle groups! Thank you, hugs!
Hi Lovely Hanna, This was a very helpful video about proper movement for abs to feel the contraction. I personally, have a hard time feeling the contraction on my abs sometimes and feel pain on my lower back, and I end up giving up, Abs has always been my biggest challenge, but I will follow what you showed here and see what happen, Thank you so much for sharing! Great video! I recently hurt my back pretty bad doing an ab workout video...leg lifts, flutter kicks, etc. They didnt explain about making sure the back is flat on the floor and I paid for it. My back hurt for a few weeks. Thanks for the tips!
You examples are straightforward. A great mind to muscle enforcement that can be carried over to many AB exercises to ensure that you are engaging the right muscles. Thanks
