Finally an athlete who talks about technique, breathing and nutrition. So important details that make the difference between a common person who simply goes to the gym and a person who is taking exercise to another level. Congrats girl! Keep going ...I really appreciated your video. Greetings from Greece❤
Hi! I am a man, I saw this video because my grandma does this lesson technique regularly! I tried this lesson with her but it is just too hard! My grandma does the full lesson. She has those thick hard bricks in both her front stomach and in her side parts of stomach also. I feel very low and unconfident and don't know what to do 😔
1. quality not quantity. focus on better reps not how many. don't just get the reps, make sure there is tension. 2. breathe when you are training. breathing will get oxygen to muscles. 3. contract abs to make them work! - exercise tips: straight planks, keep lower back on floor when doing leg raises, blow out when doing crunches whilst keeping tension when isolating abs, crunches on chair- look out and extend out while blowing out air, leg and arm raises should have tension in abs with back on floor, weighted ab side bends- blow out air, keep tension
Exactly when I'm in class these girls come in for fashion and do all these exercises the trainer gives and they do them all wrong trying to many when the movements are so wrong I take my time and do them the right way to feel and get my results then they wonder why they get no results smh
It is so nice to see a woman fitness athlete give such good advice. (Came across so many women just having sexy clips, which is fine. But was not what I was searching for) Great inspiration thanks!
I love fitness and taking care of my body. When I first started watching your video I was skeptical. I've seen many boring videos, I start watching them and I stop because it's nothing special. The way you explain the correct performance is great! I use to do all of them. So I'm gonna start to train in the correct way. You obviously have my "thumbs up" and my subscription to your channel.
Start a correcting form series if you haven’t already! I find that I sometimes don’t know if I’m doing a work out right and when to breathe so I really love this video!🥰
Always breathe out on the movement/exercise, if that makes sense. Because breathing out on the movement will naturally force your muscles to contract/crunch, right into your core. For example on a stomach crunch; breathe out when moving upwards. Exhale upon going back down. With all exercises its good if you can tighten your core. These are the muscles you would contract in your pelvic and corset. To explain it better: The way you would contract your muscles should you suddenly stop peeing or doing a number two, while youre peeing or doing a number two. Those are the muscles in your seat/pelvic. As well as contracting all the muscles upwards in your corset. If you contract these with most exercises, you will get the most out of your hard work and strengthen your core muscles too. These are super important muscles. Best of luck! 🍀😊
SHE’S RIGHT!!! Make sure your back is flat against the mat. I didn’t realize the difference it made until I changed my posture, trust you will feel a huge difference!!! 😭🔥 (to those who do ab exercises and feel it in your back, that is why)
Jocelyn Alvarez yeah I did too at first but you just have to continue to do it and eventually you’ll get use to it, I barely focus on putting my back on the mat now because it’s a habit
i love how i knew what the mistakes in the workouts are immediately, and im glad that i used to do those mistakes only when i started to workout for 2 months last year, but now its confirmed that im doing them right
Thank you. I used to hate leg raises as my hips hurt and clunked so much! I just had the wrong technique. Push back into the floor now no pain in my hips and I can actually work my abs! Why had no one told me I was doing it wrong! I am so happy you made this!
yawn beauty comes and goes so quick, just you saying this makes me feel sick that there are so many noobs who base their whole life on 5 years of "possible" beauty they may have between the ages of 16 - 25 before they get fat, coz they were so worried about their face they forgot to think about exercising and now they are fat and their life is over... or is it...?? then they spend the next 10 years whimpering about what they had whilst eating biscuits... getting fatter.. Exercise is a way of life get with the power!

I am back here after 5 days after watching this video. I've been doing ab excercises for about a month and nothing😏. Until I saw this video last week. Everything has changed. This breathing technic has changed everything for me. I even do it when am running. Thank you sooo much. 🙏 🙏
omg I've been working out for two months with no results couldn't understand why i wasn't feeling anything i knew something was wrong and stomach still looked the same hadn't lost any inches until i watched this video i have been practicing correcting those techniques just 2 weeks. must have watched this video a thousand time then did my work out taking my workout slow instead of trying to beat the clock or just get reps in. I'm working on making it count taking my time making sure im doing the exercises right and my abs are killing me by the end of my work outs also lost over 2 inches in as little as 2 weeks...omg girl thank you so much
I’ve tried today your advice regarding the breathing and OMG!!!! It makes a huge difference Being concious of the breathing and doing it right! Thank you for your videos and your amaging tips❤️💪🏻

No such thing. "Spot nutrition" just like "spot weight loss" doesn't exist. By nutrition, she simply means your whole diet. Get enough protein to fuel muscle growth and eat a wide variety of foods to keep all your vitamin, mineral and nutrient levels up.
these videos by hanna are absolutely brilliant because firstly they show you the mistakes and then the proper method in great detail..well done for being 1 of the best tutors learnt alot. thanks
So informative!!! Those exercises well done are good because they all hit the VTA which is our natural corset, activating that muscle will help "shrink" the abdomen, beside it will also help target the rest of the muscles in the abdominal area.
Hi Dear. I think you mean TVA (transverse abdominis/abdominal) muscle. But, yes they do, and especially when you breath properly and contract the muscles, as she pointed out.
I didn't realise that I always had my back off the mat when doing leg raises. Awesome video and by the way, your eyes are the most beautiful thing I have seen in a while. I lose myself when looking at them
No matter how much i'm trying to get my lower back on the ground while leg raises, i can't hold it? My lower back raise every time, could the problem be that my core is not strong enough or?
You may be lowering your legs to low down to the floor. Because your core may not be as strong yet, your body compensates by arching your back. Adjust how low you take your legs to the floor, until you get stronger but all the while ensuring your form is correct. Quality over quantity/gravity. Baby steps 😜
A huge help for me with the same issue is make a diamond with your hands (index fingers and thumbs touching) and place it under your butt. Adjust as necessary but this keeps my back in the floor 😉
when your legs are going down and you feel your lowerback raising, just stop. that should be your stop point. everyone's stop point is different, only thing to keep in mind is just not to raise your lower back off the floor or mat, doesnt matter how far down you bring down your legs if your back still lifts up. Hope that helps
Well but they will get backache because doing it wrong can damage more. You approve lowering the vertebral column resistance from 10 to 5? Because the leg raises does that to the column...
Well you shouldn't, she's rounding her back out in the beginning.
SHE’S RIGHT!!! Make sure your back is flat against the mat. I didn’t realize the difference it made until I changed my posture, trust you will feel a huge difference!!! 😭🔥 (to those who do ab exercises and feel it in your back, that is why)
It hurts my lower back when not doing it correctly. Then I can't workout for a couple days. I learned that the hard way.
Weirdly enough, i dont have any back pain when doing ab exercises on the bench, but i have them on the mat. Even when i do them exactly the same
I find it really hard to keep my back flat
Jocelyn Alvarez yeah I did too at first but you just have to continue to do it and eventually you’ll get use to it, I barely focus on putting my back on the mat now because it’s a habit
