I have consulted many dermats and did some research online. What i got to know is you can not remove the white stretch marks. Although you can minimise the blue green red stretch marks by using bio oil. Hope that helps. :)

Oh also, for anyone who happens to have trouble with the step ups. Try sitting your booty on the bench, hold a dumbell with both hands to use for balance, and step up with one leg (keeping your non working leg bent or straight) and lower as slowly as you can.
Hey Hanna, I really love all that you do but I have to PLEASE make you do some research on the safety of laying flat on your back while pregnant. One of the pregnant members in one of my blogs asked for some advice on working out and I recommended your channel. In the comments I saw a warning from another member to workout with lighter weights but NOT tp lay on their back because the baby can block one major artery and I don't want to elaborate. . . I'm not pregnant, I just wish you the best and this was the fastest way for me to communicate.
