- How to build a thick back. This back workout had me so sore. I'm so happy to be back in the gym though and pumped for workouts to share with you guys.

Workout:
SUPERSET
Leaning bench dumbbell row 4x10
Dumbbell incline back flyes 4x 12
Pull ups 4 sets ( I did lat pulldowns because of my shoulder )
Seated wide grip cable rows 3x10
SUPERSET
Incline biceps hammer curls 3x10
Dumbbell standing double-arm biceps curls 3x10
ABS: (can also be done as a superset)
Single leg side crunches 3x10
Lying leg raises 3x15

That hat while doing pull downs lol. My wife wears it all the time knowingly it's going to get in the way when she does her pulldowns. She just says "it's ok" while the bar keeps tapping her cap while it goes up and down lol.

I got a stomach flu and it beat my ass!! I hate getting sick! I want to work out but my body doesn’t 🥺 it takes like I swear a month to recover and get your strength back.
To keep your body hydrated which are the veins . There are only 2 that I remember 1 is 8 unsweetened Orange jello and drink chicken the broth only.
