    You’ve quickly become my favorite fitness TH-camr. You’re videos are straight to the point, and give good info. on how to perform each exercise properly. Not to mention, you keep your video content separate (no grocery haul/try-on haul/workout videos all-in-one). I appreciate it!

    Omg yesterday I typed 'obliques' in TH-cam because I want to focus on them too and now you post a vid, yes! But to be honest: I hate working out my abs. I prefer legs or arms/shoulders instead 😆

    QUESTION.
    Hey Hanna. Second comment on this video, but this is post workout. Today wasn’t a good day and I’m feeling very stressed/discouraged in my fitness journey as a whole. So my question is if you could make a video talking about what you do when you feel this way. How do you deal with a bad workout? How do you handle feeling a bit lazy and unmotivated? How do you stay motivated in general in your life? Thank you much. You are an inspiration to me and so many other women❤️

    I do a hip raise on that weighted side plank and use a stepper for a wider range of motion. It really builds the obliques.

    Hannah is actually my goal. Her frame looks similar to mine and although I’m nowhere near her level, I feel like I can look like her in a few years time if I train hard. She looks amazing and she’s who I watch on mornings I cbf to go to the gym

    Great video, you did something in 5 minutes that take other fitness youtubers llike an hour to do, thank you this helped out so much I plan on using this workout without weights for awhile but i'll add them once i feel like my gains have slowed down, but how many times a week should I do this workout?

    Thanks so much for this babe. I have so much trouble with training abs, the next day I always hope to be a bit sore but i'm never sore so i'm going to give this a try. I have a very weak core and it's stopping me from progressing in deadlifts. xx

    I love using the Bosu ball or stability ball. Greater range of motion. You get such a burn.

      Ashley Ith I didn’t follow how she did it but pretty much I did all the exercises 20 times then took a break did 20 more then did that one more time and I did it for all the exercises, I can’t really explain but hope you understand it

    But surely not for beginners
    I m starting frm less counts nd will increase slowly..best thing is i m doing it at my home no gym no equipment required. But first i did warmup..nd stretching in end
