Great spoiler free video! Can’t wait to see what you think about the ending and the answer cause if you think the themes are great, the ending and epilogue only enhance it. (The epilogue is pretty controversial though but it was entirely necessary imo, though a shame it’s bit too overpriced as a dlc)
@LilyMick i actually liked the content of the game, it just felt like for being a 100 hour game it only has like 50 hrs of content. The game just felt repetitive and empty during the middle where nothing much happens. Just feels like the game did not need to be so drawn out and there's just a lot of filler time, like how each time you talk to someone your social link might not go up, how social stats rise so slowly but got capped for me like 75% into the game, and just how nothing important happens most of the time. Tldr it felt like a slog and like it doesn't respect your time at all. I definitely think this 100 hour experience could have easily been turned into a more engaging 50 hour one. Also tartarus is not great and the 2 battle themes got annoying pretty quickly. Also coming from smt v, the 1 more system was just way more boring than the press turn system
I should mention that i pretty much only did required battles on hard mode as well, so it's not like I was spending excessive amounts of time in tartarus. Moreso no matter what you do, getting through a week or 2 of the game takes forever and it's likely that nothing important happened within that time
