Ghondor: YOU GOT A PROBLEM WITH IT Me: Yes I might as well make a list too Spoilers: 7. Chapter 7 I feel this chapter was a bit boring at the start. Crys felt a bit shoved in and exploring origin was okay but it didnt have good enemy variety and it didnt feel nearly as impactful as xenoblade 1 or 2s final area. 6. Chapter 2 This is a chapter i really like but i feel like if i played this game again it would be a lot worse so thats why im putting it here. I really enjoyed the areas in this chapter but it gets so good when fighting colony 4. That segment was incredible. 5. Chapter 6 If i didnt consider that i would probably find chapter 2 worse this would have been lower. That moment right after chapter 5 is incredible but thats all this chapter offers. The new area was very small and boring. Mio's side story should have been something we stumbled upon in the main game plot instead of her knowing about it, just sort of removed a bit of the fun. I enjoyed the D and J fight but the last 2 chapters in this game just lose the thing that makes them special i dont know why, they just arent as good. 4. Chapter 1 The first chapter was a great introduction to the game and what it's like. The area was fun to explore, the atmosphere was done really well and the story is good too. Meeting the rest of the team and fighting moebius for the first time was also incredible. Easily a great first chapter. 3. Chapter 5 This chapter is amazing when it comes to story. The only downside is the gameplay not being as good and me not being the biggest fab of erythia sea. Even then i had a good time and the story was GRIPPING so it gets number 3 for that alone. 2. Chapter 3 i didnt expect chapter 3 to get this high but it did everything right. Establishing the freeing a flame clock doesn't need to be a BIG BIG thing. Letting you explore other colonies and get new heroes. The story was really good here giving everyone some nice interactions and a few BIG developments. Such as Taion, Lanz and Eunie mainly. Unlocking the rests of the ouroboros forms were great and the new areas in this chapter are so fun to explore. 1. Chapter 4 This is easily the best chapter in the game. It has the best areas in the game. Makthna Wildwood, Great Cotte Falls mainly but keves castle and syra hovering reefs are also great. This chapter feels perfect in its escalation of the story. Great moments in keves castle and with characters like ethel and cammuravi. This was easily the most fun i had with the game and gets an easy number 1 from me. I beat xenoblade 3 8 days ago so this is all very fresh. Hope you liked the list.

I remember back, like it was yesterday - Vancouver 2010 on the DS ... I spent so many playing the fantastic story mode until I finally got it 100% and also so many hours playing with my friends together with four DS' in one room This was just perfection! London 2012 marks the beginning of my TH-cam channel, so there is a big connection for me to this game, but besides that, I played so many London partys with my best friend at this time Thx for your ranking, brought back a lot of old memories

Man, wii london 2012 wii was just perfect and so is wii 2010 winter games, i struggle to find a favorite between the two because i had tons of fun with both of them

spent many hours on london 2012 for wii and winter games 2010 for ds, definitely top 2 for sure

2010 for the DS and 2012 for the Wii were a huge part of my childhood, I absolutely loved the story mode for DS and the dream events for 2012 were by far the best, all the references and the soundtracks are just outstanding

Every Olympics title starting from 2008 had flaws. But what I find most disappointing about the 2020 Olympics title is that they really put no effort into the character roster and small details like the victory/losing animations. Rio 2016 at least started to improve by adding guest characters to every event. But this was very anticlimactic the way the series was going. The story concept was decent, but I can’t help but be disappointed the fact that they didn’t have more than 20 different events thus adding characters like the rest of the koopalings, Omega, Wave, and even Cream. But over the years the series started to decline in sales, and quality. I do appreciate what they’ve done since the 2000’s though.

All you people can most certainly give a farewell to this series but IOC is not going anywhere!!! (DO NOT RESPOND!)

The 2008 and 2010 games… Damn, I’ve got so many medals there. And so many world records. And most important of all… Many memories with my dad and brother especially. My parents don’t really like games, but Wii Sports (Resort) and the Olympic Games, they did play.

This series got me into Mario and Sonic as separate franchises when I was 10 years old. I first played the Vancouver 2010 winter one. Then, I played the London 2012 summer one.

I'm so mad they kept weightlifting wrestling and judo exclusive to 3ds man. Imagine the memes if they made a game this year. Rip

I remember playing Beijing with it had just come out when I was 5. It immediately became my favorite game. A few years later, I got the Wii disk for the Vancouver winter games and I was over-the-MOON! God, I loved those games. I can still head the Dutch dub voice saying all the characters' names and announcing a "rival had appeared!". Peak childhood, thanks for this lovely video.

What if there were more games? Fans may make more someday for games we never got like Pyeong Chang 2018, Beijing 2022, & Paris 2024.

Well, let's not be too dramatic now. The Olympics won't cease to exist, and neither will Nintendo/Sega (Not so sure about Sega tbh, but oh well). Let's hope the IOC comes back to their senses and collabs with them again.

This series was how I got into the Olympics in the first place. Since Mario and Sonic wasn’t at Paris this year, I didn’t really watch it.

Imagine cancelling a crossover series starring two of gaming's most famous icons in favor of a trend that was never good or popular in the first place and died long before it even took off, couldn't be the IOC 💀

London 2012 was the GOAT, both in real life and the Mario and Sonic game. It was so damn fun and having a Mario and Sonic gane coincide with this huge event in my country was awesome as a kid.

I know this is based on Mario & Sonic but there were Sonic only IOS Olympic Games for 2020 and Winter 2010. The 2010 one was delisted VERY quickly so not many people got to play it. I got my iPod Touch for Christmas in 2011 and I couldn’t find it on the App Store so 10 year old me was devastated

beijing 2008 was the first game i ever bought for my dsi. i still play it occasionally, it holds up well imo havent bought any of the others so was a little confused that some characters arent playable for all events 😅 cant see why they d do that

This series was one of my major hyper fixations as a kid. Seeing two of my favorite characters in a game together was so awesome!

I can still remember on my 8th birthday that I got Mario and Sonic at the winter Olympic on the Wii from my nephew. Me, My sister and friends played this game all the time. It was so fun that we made are own competitive game show. Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games is a underrated franchise, even though I never played them all. The impact, quality, atmosphere and fun of these games will always be remembered. Also if I own Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games 2020. I will own you in every sport online B)

Fun Fact: This was how I got into Marlo in the first place when I was 9 years old, I was a big Sonic fan and wanted a Wii to buy Mario and Sonic at The Olympic Games

What an amazing ride this was i was wishing we could get one more winter game though but it is what it is. This series was amazing and thank you so very much and hopefully someday in the future we can see mario and sonic collab again for real this time thank you so very much.

Gentleman, It has been a privilege playing Mario & Sonic games across the years. Winter 2010 Wii and DS and London 2012 Wii were some of my favorites games ever, I will forever treasure the memories I made with these games, and play them from time to time. I plan to buy Tokyo 2020 soon and even though the series be over, I'm happy it happened. Its not just minigame collection, its a celebration, a celebration of sports, the olympic cities and arenas and a celebration of Mario and Sonic.

The fact that the series is cancelled makes me want to revisit Sochi 2014 and Tokyo 2020. I used to have Vancouver 2010 for the Wii but I think I lost it a long time ago :( RIP to a truly amazing franchise

Fun fact: Mario and Sonic Rio 2016 3ds has a bug where exiting out with the home menu when trying to unlock a character automatically unlocks them for you when you go back to the game. I found this out while rage quiting trying to unlock Sticks. I got rewarded for rage quitting 😂 no wonder why this game was mediocre
