@@arielortiz5643 oh nononono... it's not a book, baldermort is a 40k lore channel, he uses little fanfics to give the viewer a better feel of the topic of his video, this narration is from the white scars video cheek it out, but I warn you, it's a long one.

It's pronounced Sam Hine btw. It's in the Craftworld Eldar supplement codex from 3rd edition.
(A White Scar Space Marine and a Saim Helm woman Eldar warrior are on a grassy field on a nearly desolate jungle world are both racing each other to some white stones on a stone altar!)
White Scar Space Marine: (Revs motorcycle into high gear, going 200mph/322kph over rough uneven terrain!) "Halt xeno! I will risk death before I let you get those deadly weapons you probably intend to use to kill or torture innocent people with!"
(The Saim Haim eldar woman just casually swoops down using her flying motorcycle flying at twice the speed of the Space Marine's motorcycle and grabs the white stones placed on the altar before the Space Marine even gets halway to the stone altar. She then parks in front of the altar before the Space Marine even arrives.)
Space Marine: "Impossible! How?"
Eldar woman: "Maybe because I'm using a vehicle that can fly which is faster then most ground based vehicles?"
Space Marine: "Huh I guess so."
" Anyway regardless I shall not let you take those bombs to use them on innocent people!"
Eldar woman: "Wait WTF you thought these were bombs? These are soul stones. Each stone holds the soul of one dead Eldar person. Whenever an Eldar person dies their soul gets absorbed into this stone and then move the soul from the stone into what's basically a digitial artificial town on a computer to mingle with other dead Eldar forever. Why'd you think these were bombs anyway?"
Space Marine: (Has weak undiagnosed psyker powers and is a good judge of character, can tell the Eldar woman is telling the truth) "Because this place looks so desolate it seems like the perfect place for xenos or human traitors to hide nuclear missiles or biological weapons or something like that."
Eldar woman: "Ohhh! Oh yeah that makes sense. Yeah no these are just soul stones."
" Yeah a few Saim Hain Eldar speed freaks died here while carelessly joy riding while high on shrooms. It took me a few years to get out here so in the meantime I telepathically convinced a local primitive human tribe to build this altar here in exchange for telling them about the dead Eldar speedfreaks flying motorbikes and teaching them how to use them."
(Meanwhile some human women from the local primitive tribe of humans are using some of the flying motorcycles and reed baskets to pick fruit from the highest branches of the local fruit trees. Also some men are using the other flying motorbikes and wooden spears to hunt wild herds of animals for meat.)
Local woman #1: "Thank goodness we found practical uses for these dangerously fast flying death machines."
Local woman #2: (Nods in agreement.)
(Meanwhile back to the Space Marine and Eldar woman.)
Space Marine: "Okay this was a complete waste of time. Well I can tell you're no threat to humanity. I'll just leave you to it then. I'm out of here" (Turns around and starts riding back to where he parked his space ship.)
Eldar woman: (Talking on radio to other Saim Haim eldar) "Okay open up a motorbike sized portal from here back to Saim Hain".
Eldar man on other end of the radio: "Sorry the portal broke down. You're gonna be stuck there for a few years at least until we can send someone to get you".
Eldar woman: "GD it".
Any chance Jaghatai had a Yvraine situation few millennia back, cuz that would explain a lot, and a lot 🤔

The more i learn about the eldar, the more i come to appreciate their culture, and not personality of arrogant stuck up elves. Its enlightening, and makes me wonder: what are some times where humans and eldar teamed up, and it was a mutually benefitable ending.

No idea, but Craftworld Iyanden has an Inquisitorial Embassy on it.
There's been several (used to happen more often in the lore written around the 2000s era).
In recent time the most notable is definitely the ynnari working with cawl to help bring guilliman back. Without their help, guilliman would never be resurrected. Eldrad in particular has worked with humans on multiple occasions too.
In the last ciaphas cane novel (choose your enemies), we also see the Imperium and the eldar working together to stop a Slaanesh cult. That book also involves an avatar of khaine 1v1-ing a Daemon Prince and fucking annihilating it, which was just glorious to read for once as an Eldar fan.
My personal favourite team up story between the two races though is the one between the tallarn Desert Raiders and Biel-tan (who I should remind are a craftworld well known for their xenophobia and intense war culture). A powerful chaos artifact known as the cursus of angnar was discovered on tallarn. It soon activated by itself, and the iron warriors began to show up and descend on the world in order to claim it. The black library also sensed its opening and sent Biel-tan to get rid of it. At first it started as a three way war between the desert raiders, the chaos forces and Biel-tan. But then the humans and eldars called a truce, realising that the only way they might be able to defeat the daemons and subdue the artifact was by working together. They utilized combined hit and run tactics, which the eldar have always been good at and the tallarn also specialise in, which was very effective against the daemons in this case. Eventually they defeat it. Biel-tan then instructed the desert raiders on how to seal the artifact away, providing them with the necessary tools. My favourite part though is that, after the battle, they didn't go for each others throats again (like a lot of the writing nowadays would do). Instead they exchanged a promise of friendship, and that they'd come to each others aid when needed. And this wasn't with Ulthwe or iyanden, this was with Biel-tan of all people. I love that.

I'm sure it's commonly pronounced /sam-hayn/ in the hobby, but the craftworld name comes from the Celtic holiday Samhain, pronounced /sah-win/.
