    I have been doing this for a while now, about 3 times a week for the last month. When I first started I could literally barely get 5 mins in. I can now do the entire video. It takes it out of me, but I can do the whole thing which is crazy to me. I’m 235 pounds, I’m not a skinny girl. I’m really proud of myself for building up my strength. If you are just starting and struggling, don’t give up! Even if you can only do 5 mins a day, just keep on coming back. I promise you will eventually get there :)

      Honestly I really wish she had a more beginner series, or some modifications for the jumpy ones. I jumped into the middle of one of these and there was this crazy burped variations. Also not a skinny girl. Did you stick with it? I'm pretty strong, I've been doing barbell lifts for the past year,but it's a whole different kind of strength, and slow.

    This is perfect! I am recovering so i can't do any jumping or impact workout. I had to take bigger breaks because I was exhausted. My Goal is to build my strength and do this whole video 💪🏽 Who's with me?

      Same, broke my foot and did nothing for nearly a whole year. I will come back to this and keep you updated.
      I just almost died from the workout and could do most exercises only halfway, i.e. using knees instead of feet

    I was 75 kgs at the age of 12 and now at the age of 15 i am 54 kgs and 5'3 thanks for helping me anna... I don't take any rest days and do tabata and strength workouts from monday-saturday and no jumping workouts on sundays...
    So all you need is to be consistent 🤜🏻

      Rest days are very important for your body and mind. Not taking any rest days may result in serious injuries and burnout.

    I nearly died this morning from doing this “low impact” HIIT 😂 i almost gave up at 35% but surprisingly finished till the end! If you feel like you’re gonna throw up or faint, you can take extra 10s to your rest. That’s what i did! This is my first time following Anna’s workout but i believe with hard work, i can keep up with her pace!
    Oh and for Anna, can you make something more knee friendly? I have weak knees and it’s quite difficult to do all the squats. I will be forever grateful if you can make even just one video! Thank you ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

    Please make more like these! I’ve recently been having some health issues/scares and I can’t do the super high impact ones :( this helped me break a sweat without hurting myself!

      IF YOU HAVE HEALTH ISSUES DONT WORKOUT!!! It will do more bad to your body than it is doing good. This is coming from a real doctor that graduated from Docter school.

    I’ve been doing Anna’s workout for around two weeks and I DO feel my body grew much stronger than before.       Start small. 5 minutes a day. There's a youtuber who says anyone can do 5 minutes. Eventually you will want to do more.

    I live on the second floor of a house so I never want to jump or make too much noise. This was perfect strength training without too much cardio or jumping. Loved it!

    This was a real challenge! 50 seconds of work is sooo long. Today was my slow down Sunday workouts. Slower doesn’t mean easier. Full body workout! Thank you!!

      I always get kinda sad when I read comments like this. You shouldn't get discouraged, you're doing great. There are so many factors you don't know about these other people, like: what intensity are they doing this workout at? What does their workout routine look like? Are they building in proper real rest days or are they just doing a lower intensity workout to lower their anxiety about taking real rest? What is their current fitness level / workout style? I'd consider myself a really fit person but I struggled with this workout because it's a new workout style for me and I was really focusing on engaging the muscles and getting the most out of the lower intensity while I'm in a hotel room and can't make noise. Maybe you can just run through the movements but I think if you're doing this with your whole heart and soul, it's not a rest day workout and it's actually pretty tough so well done for getting through it ❤️ please don't faint though

    Today was my first day doing this. I couldn't keep up with the pace also i couldn't do all the workouts and also had to modify some according to my strength.....but the after fewling is just toooo good....not less than any hitt. I'll come back after 4 days or a week to update again on how i was able to keep up compared to this time 🎉🎉

    I love this because even though I'm so unfit I feel challenged but not discouraged, I know I can do this every day and eventually be strong enough to fly through it! I feel so encouraged TYSM!! I feel like I can get fit again!

    This workout is amazing!!! My legs are shaking and I really felt my core and glutes on fire 🔥🔥I've had a full year off from all forms of exercise and I am bummed out to find out how weak I've become. There were several core exercises that I only made very few reps of simply because they were too hard. BUT I'm excited to start up again and I'll see if I can remember to check in and report my progress in 6 months 😁

I plan to continue this for a month to build strength before I move on to more intense workouts on your channel. More of workouts like this please!

    I don't like to comment on things but you have so many of them hearted I feel like i should say something if it actually reaches you. I have lowerback chronic injury along with a permanently broken right ankle. Before this I was an all state basketball player(about 9 years ago). Since then I have gained like 20Kgs of weight and can't do most work outs without hurting myself. Do not have the time to quit career chase and get into physio for a few months. This workout without jump and slow movements was absolutely perfect for me. Please make more of these, it actually helps. I couldnt finish this today but I will hopefully in a couple weeks tops but it is helping me work on a lot of muscle groups while avoiding injuries. So a big thank you.

    I was looking for a low impact workout and came across your vids. This is just the right intensity that got my heart rate up without hurting myself. I'm a month post op bariatric patient and this was not too much strain on my abdomen. The low impact was really for my left knee d/t replacement a few years ago so there's some limitation. This is def an effective routine that I will incorporate in my daily routine!!

      hi Juliana. i am also 8 months pregnant. then how do you do the abdominal exercises? you shouldn't train them. I then replaced these with leg exercises.

      Hi Natalie :) congrats ;) for the abdominal exercises I switch to eg planks, standing up side crunches also a good one- kneeling and rotating a dumbbell on full stretched arms or going on all fours and stretching out one arm and leg- opposite side’s. Hope I helped :) all the best Mama!

      Thanks :) i definitely do the push ups on my knees :) and still it can be tough after 50 seconds :) i love Anna’s workouts and I’m always super pumped after them (I exercise in the morning) but when the evening comes I start to feel the post workout feeling of tiredness :)

    C'est une amie qui m'a fait connaître Anna. J'adore. Je me suis même inscrite sur l'application. Vraiment très bien. Je reprends le sport après un arrêt de 2 ans suite à une blessure. Ce n'est pas évident au début mais le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de sauts, c'est top. Surtout à mon âge, je vais avoir 66 ans. Merci ❤❤❤❤

    Just did this program today. Omg! Sweaty and i loved it! Dont be fooled by the low intensity. Never had i sweat this much even during my weight lifting. I've been searching for an effective cardio workouts and I found it!!! Well done Anna. A well-planned cardio workout programs!!!

    25 and just diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis! I’ve always liked staying fit but lately I’ve gotten out of shape because of pain and lack of energy. I love this! I’m on the verge of psyching myself up to start fitness again, but have to take a different approach to be accommodating for my body. This is perfect & I think I’ll start here.

    I was used to exercising 5 times a week ( combination of running+ trx+ workout), I could push up 50 times nonstop but then I went to live alone in another country, starting my Ph.D. position and then the pandemic started! I had so much stress and I quit exercise and I gain 15 kilos during one year! Today I start this video and I found how my body has become so lazy! I couldn’t finish some movements, so I just say if you feel it wasn't so easy, you’re right but the key point is repetition! Do not forget that repetition is the mother of everything.

    I found your channel recently and I love it! I am starting a red week and I feel as energetic as a slug under the sun, but I can at least do a no impact low intensity workout like this , it helps getting rid of the bloating. This workout was really nice.

    That was a nice one! I was feeling so unmotivated and was frankly in a horrid mood and some back pain after an insane day at work, but I thought hey, 30 min low impact, I can do this, at least try. Feeling soooo much better and energized now! Thank you once again for saving my day, Anna!

    If we don't complete the whole video then should we keep doing this continuously?And if we complete this, how long will we have to repeat this video? At last, is one video for one day? Then even after completing it, do I have to repeat the same video every day?

    I have been practicing according to Anna's videos for the second year and today I started this lesson after a long time. I have no idea how Anna does it, but her videos always leave me pleasantly exhausted, but at the same time kicking me up and I'm looking forward to the next one!     just came back from a 2 week vacay and i didnt really workout during those days (except for hiking)

    i like low impact mostly when it is that magical time of the month and I dont feel like Jumping or heavy lifting.these are great for such days
