    The fact that you work hard on your app and still put out FREE content is a testament to a strong business plan and shows character.

    I’m at a high fitness level, so I wasn’t sure if this workout would be “enough”…it was! Good balance of exercises, creative exercises. Really job well done! Thank you

    Went into this a little bummed because I really love the weighted sculpting workouts and holy cow was I blown away! This was KILLER! It def sculpted and built muscle and you just never cease to amaze me Maddie! Thank you for everything you do and everything you are!

    This was a great way to kick off my 2022 workouts 💪🏼 I had finally found a routine of classes at my local gym that I enjoyed and was sustainable when they closed again due to omicron. Your at home workouts have been a lifesaver for my mental health 💗

    Lmao when she said “this is the last exercise” I thought to myself “oh this isn’t too bad” and I even felt proud of myself but then she said “of round one” 😂😂😂😂
    Don’t worry haha I gave it my all throughout the entire time. So I’m proud of myself for finishing even though it killed me haha Thank you and congrats on your app!!

    Love this. My heart rate was up the whole time! Different to what I'm used to with aerobics style classes but it's wonderful to have low impact on my joints & still working up a sweat...awesome :)

    Absolutely LOVE your workouts....especially with no repeats and the checking in for making sure we are in the right positions. Like a warm up and cool down as part of it.

    I'm 47 year-old going through menopause with hormonal changes, weight gains, and mood swings. Started Day 1 with this full body work out on an empty stomach. Will practice yoga, stretch, full body workout without equipment, and weight training with dumb bells from now on to tone down my body and face through this challenging phase of my life! Namaste!

    WoW this was amazing. this is on replay button for everyday at the same time. I did all the exercises without stopping. Any chances you could share more weight lose tips and tricks and also some meal plans in a TH-cam video, as I cant seem to get the app up and running on my iPhone.

    This workout felt great! Sometimes I honestly don’t feel motivated to go to the gym so I do your workouts at home and I feel like it’s a great way to break a sweat! You make me want to create my own home gym with just a set of weights! It’s so worth the investment because I love working out in the comfort of my own home!

    Love the workouts where you do two rounds and the ones where you do a two exercise set and repeat them. Easier to concentrate on form that way, I find. Thanks for your workouts, they are awesome!

    I love how you added this to TH-cam!! It was so much fun following along on the tv with you! I also had the app open and on while the workout and i had my Apple Watch on and it tracked the calories and everything!
