You can take any brand just check for the ingredients.. Try to take isolate protein, without sugar, artificial sweetener or malt or flavour and try to fulfil mostly from food source, one scoop a day is ok that too on the day of exercising.. From that you get only protein which will not be filling, so include natural veg fat like paneer, cheese, nuts and seeds to reduce hunger pangs and energy..

Hi suganya, start with diet.. slowly increase proteins in your food and reduce carbs.. you will see fat loss.. Then do resistance exercises gradually after 8 months of delivery..

Hi Mam, y u didn't consider the protein rich Black gram? We have lot of traditional recipes with that like Ulunthakali, kanji, ulunthuvadai, south tamilnadu special uluntha soru etc
Dear Maximus🙂 Black gram comes in 4 th rank.. Ulundu kadai, Ulundu soru is what I mentioned as mixing lentils plus rice.. But that has carbs also, so take them less often..
Dear Fathima, try to avoid all kinds of sugar.. That is why I recommend home made peanut chutney without sugar/ jaggery/ karupatti/ honey.. Give this to kids one or two spoons.. For you avoid sugar and make peanut chutney 😊
