I think this is going to be my Labor Day Menu. How awesome would it be to have a Gladiator Service fridge and freezer. That hands free foot opener is genius. Makes party prep a breeze. I also looove how you used the Gladiator storage units to store your serving pieces. I would LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE it if you made a video on how you store your serving items along with sharing some of your favorite serve ware. You have such beautiful, classy pieces. You did one with a towering platter of grilled vegetables and mozzarella that I am excited to try. This one is so simple and effective. Beth can you share with us how you keep flies and mosquitos away when you entertain? I have a gorgeous back yard but I have fruit trees and plants that attract flies and when I entertain as soon as I bring the food out it’s flies everywhere and you can imagine how annoying it is. And the back yard is always clean so I don’t understand how they come and no matter what I try doesn’t work. Same with mosquitos when it gets dark. I live in Los Angeles so I have nice weather but sometimes this keeps me from entertaining more often. I love love your channel. Also love to cook and follow many of your recipes that are always amazing and easy so I hope you have some tips that help me 😚😚😚
Oh sure I find that citronella candles work WONDERS! I get the large/tall ones on Amazon and put them in Hurricane glass enclosures. These are also great for the flies too! Or you could try these :) amzn.to/2vAw309

Momma Bear I do have those but unfortunately they don’t always work properly because for example I set things in a 3 ties stand. Like cheese and fruit and I can’t cover them. Also for the chips and salsa or guacamole people don’t want to be lifting the net every time to get some so they leave it uncovered and the flies are so fast to get in the food.

This is so classy! And churros sundae is my absolute favourite recipe! In the salad, I’ll replace cilantro with fresh parsley - my husband hates cilantro and I think parsley will transfer Mexican dish into more European :D
I was so happy to see that you posted the long format video. I really enjoy those and they inspired me a lot to put together an entire meal! I definitely want to try this menu and just twist it a little to make it vegetarian. Thanks for all the the effort you put into! I just want to say that one thing that I noticed is that you use a lot of aluminum foil in your preparation. It’s pretty handy but I have seen reusable fabrics to cover plates. Maybe you could give them a try. I have seen that in one of your back to school video you were chocked about the amount of trash we can produce, maybe this little change can help for the environment!
