Hi Beth, thank you for this wonderful menu. I would like to share that I used lions mane mushrooms instead of the crimini and deglazed the pan with a little white wine... I also used less mozzarella and some Parmesan to lean out the bake and make it a little bit crispier. It came out beautiful. Thanks for Thé inspiration!

I love your show! I made all of the puff pastry gifts for a January 1 peace party BEFORE CoVid. Beth, I don't use aluminum foil anymore The aluminum migrates out into foods. Bad, toxic. I learned to use other ways.

Oh sure no problem, leave out the mushrooms and add sliced leeks instead (just the white parts) that would be great too! Hope they all enjoy! :)
