Egoless action / detached proper action / process over result === the hardest thing to do in this situation but also the best/only way to succeed in it

It’s a good mental framework to enter prospect meetings for sure

The sales starts at we don’t need it….. you have to be sharp and rebut him good after the objection. The sale is never over after an objection- it begins

Depends what you're selling. Some products or services are more about finding the right people than convincing them of anything.

Thanks for this! I was just thinking about a failed sale I thought was in the bag and was going to present it to the team tomorrow to see what went wrong and hoped on TH-cam and saw this.

TLDR: Come across detached from the expectations of making the sale.

As an entrepreneur who seperated from father’s business to have his own I want to say one thing:
When I was just doing the sale and everything else was taken care of (like running the company by my father) I was much more adept at sale
Now when Im doing all things on my own, I struggle to maintain mental balance and come across as needy ( because I really need the sale) as my company is making a loss.
Im trying to get over it but the pressure of making a sale creeps on me because of the losses. How can I deal with this better?? Please help.

Sounds like you prefer sales. Why don’t you just stick to a commission only sales job, so that you can still be an entrepreneur and not have a boss but you don’t have to worry about service delivery.
I used to have my own business and switched to a commission only sales job selling solar and I much prefer it.

Totally understand this...The "fear" of the loss of the sale to a competitor is the worst. And, just feeling helpless ...like the prospect just doesn't understand we can help them but you also don't want to brag that doesn't seem to help either. We have to learn that it is a sales game and study it like J does here...Daily..Study selling. practice.

I’d just hire people to help you get sales while you focus strictly on the company itself and to make the system even more sound

It would be nice if the long form video that the short comes from was linked in the description

Have you thought about showing some live sales calls you do? I found another sales guy that does this in shorts and it’s awesome content and helps teach.

      Who?
Jeremy does very little of actuall sales I think that sucks...A live demo of a loss would be great learning.
