Great insights on using tonality in sales! For entrepreneurs, remember that the right tone aligns with the prospect's emotional state, which builds trust. Try mirroring their tone subtly to create a deeper connection without them noticing.
Here is what i found helpful in recreating those 5 tones. Concerned. - hand on your chest. speak slow....downward tone... stretchh the sound.. What if.. you couldnt ...get the problem... fixxxxxed? Curious tone - use a rollercoaster type of sound of up and down, with a bit more up tone.. Oh reaLLYYY? HOW do you do THATTTT? Challenge tone - Fast pace, logical. No smile. Playful tone- Speak medium to fast pace with a smile or smirk while saying it. Confused tone - frown your eyebrows... angle your head a bit left or right. can angle the shoulder a bit too. Speak slowly.... Ex: Waittt... soo.. what exactly... are you.. doing... here? (Frown eyebrows, head angled sideway)
This was very educational! I love the insight of tonality, and how much sense it makes. The confused tone was my favorite to learn for pattern interruptions.
Jeremy!! I work in the moving industry and I am having a hard time translating your teachings to selling moving services. Can you do a video on how this might work?
Did anyone else catch his Irish/Scottish brogue? Thanks for sharing! I'm a field underwriter, and I really needed to hear this. I've been trained to do all of those typical things. I don't like it. It feels too pushy to me.
If you don’t mind taking a stupid suggestion, from another sales rep with probably, similar goal as you. It’s time to jump off TH-cam and jump into a sales training program. Personally I learned way more in NEPQ 7th level than on here. There’s multiple ways to the top of a mountain but at the end of the day, they all lead you to the top. Pick a route, keep your head up and start moving already. Now, personally… If I had the funds, I would’ve paid Jeremy sensei to lead me up the mountain holding my hand 😂, better yet carry me up the mountain 😂 Seriously tho, I truly feel learning NEPQ is a privilege and Jeremy does a really good job teaching it. He’s a good sales mentor. I just need to find a way to sneak into his advanced classes 😶🌫️

Why is Jeremy always talking how he went to behavior science college, when in reality he went to Michel Oliver to learn the natural way of selling....
