      Hi Lilly how did you keep your legs and feet straight on the back plank thing I never do deep core or pelvic floor exercises so I don't know if I need to do them???

    I did this workout after a very intense HIIT workout and... damn it burns!!!! You're killing it, Lilly! I've been following you since COVID lockdown and I've fallen off my track recently. This one is a killer!! Got my love for pilates back, love from Turkey:)

    I broke my leg a few monts ago, and these workouts have been great for the recovery time! Usually I prefer running, but trying some pilates has been so much fun, and I have loved to be able to get a good workout in even if I cannot even walk properly. Thank you som much for making these fun and inspiring videos, I love your smile and you uplifting behavior!

    you should do a 20 minute workout video to do 1 time a week till summer, having it focus on inner thighs and apps/waist is perfect for summer

      Trust me, I don't know either! I have many years of practice filming. But I must admit, filming the 30 - 45 minute workouts for the app really challenge me... in a good way! You've got this Emily!

    the last thing i wanna hear about while working my way through exercise is that it's just A LITTLE TASTER OF THIS AMAZING PROGRAM THAT YOU HAVE... please, be more respectable to those who are here just for the exercise, you can announce your program before or after the exercises, those who are truly interested will stick with you, otherwise you just annoy the rest of people. i've never written a negative comment before, but this one just got on my nerves real hard. i'm not sure i go back to your workouts again. peace! 😌😌

    I love your workouts. Very inspiring! I want to have a routine and work on consistency but I have had trouble with arrhythmia since February (I take medication ever 3 days which is sometimes good sometimes I feel it makes me weak) and some days I feel like an old lady although I was much fitter last year mountain hiking etc. My fitness has already decreases over the last couple of years. No consistency but I was still able to go running. At the moment running and cardio makes my heart go too fast so I am happy to have your videos to become fit and stronger again. Even did some workouts these days although it's hot summer weather and too warm. 🙈 Got sore muscles in my arms, legs and shoulders 😆
    But I don't manage more than around 20 minutes workout. I just hope I can achieve consistency and do at least 20 minutes (plus a few minutes warm up) every or at least every second day.
    Any advice on how to achieve consistency if your health is not consistent.?
    I have summer break now so I am starting now! Before I go back to teaching and having stuff to do like 24/7 🙈 hope I can go on during work days! I am desperate to get fitter and stronger again in spite of my health trouble (tachycardia plus also got dysbiosis and thus IBS), but the cardiologist say it's not dangerous!
    But I want to be able to go hiking again next year like 900 height meters is my goal. This holidays I achieved 445 height meters which was fine but had a beta blocker the day before.
    Thanks for your inspiration!!! Hope I will have the strength to continue!

    Please make a workout for moms with diastasis recti if possible, I love your workouts but I cant do many of them. Still need to heal my diastasis and want workouts, that are not making it worse... 😊

I have bad knees and can't job and have to slow down and modify squats etc. will I be able to do your workouts safely and effectively? Is there a lot of jumping or heavy weight squatting or lunging?
