I’m gonna do this for 1 week, I keep going to different videos finding what works for me. I’m doing this video everyday and maybe a full body workout or arm/back/leg workout. From her. Day 1. Done!! My abs were burning I took like two second breaks when it hurt. Day 2. I’m a little sore but feeling good!! I don’t see much progress. Day 3. Feeling good again. I’m trying to be active so, also started to eat a bit better. I see a small line by my ribs. But okay. My legs hurt had to take a lot of breaks though. My fam kept talking to me
Whenever i do any workouts, my back KILLS me, and its really annoying bc i have to keep stopping to let it rest in the middle of a workout. I dont know what to doooo 😭

hey! if u feel that, u need to improve bcs yes is a part of the work but If you don't feel anything in your abdomen, you're doing it wrong. to change that and do better, you need to compress the stomach and If you do it right, you'll feel a burn in her. I hope you understand me because I don't know if I explained it well. U.U

Try to press your lower back into the floor😊
You could have tight hip flexors. Try stretching out your core and quads
Strech before doing pilates
Tuck your hips under before ab exercises and Pilates workouts!

Yes, definitely! Otherwise you risk getting injuries, as your body was not warmed up properly before the workout
