    Hi nurse jar, please for skills that require using a person, can U kindly use a person to demonstrate for us? Just my humble suggestion. That will benefit us a lot. U are doing an amazing job. Thank you!

    Can you write the pulse on a piece of paper before you document?

      Unfortunately, no. You will be documenting on a measurement & recording form.

    @candyhernandez4218 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    so we dont multiply our radial pulse by 2.... im confused i saw anothervdeo and it said to always multiply by 2...

    • @NURSEJAR
      @NURSEJAR  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, Candy!
      For testing, you will be required to count the radial pulse for one full minute.
      In real life, you will count for 30 seconds, then multiply your count x2.

    • @tynacraig6115
      @tynacraig6115 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      U only count wat u feel

  • @jacquelinegreen8112
    @jacquelinegreen8112 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

    So nurse Jar , you would actually wash hands three time during this skill?

    • @NURSEJAR
      @NURSEJAR  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Wash your hands whenever required to do so. Rule of Thumb: Wash your hands whenever you have to ask yourself if you need to.
      Better to do so more times than required, than not when you should!

    Don't you use your own watch to record and just say "begin" and "end"? We were not taught to use a wall clock.

    • @NURSEJAR
      @NURSEJAR  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi, Nina! You may either use a wall click or your own watch.
