Thanks for this Nurse Jar!! My teacher has been very confusing and not really helping me understand how to pass PROMETRIC. More on how to care for residents and patients when we get a job. As much as that helps, idk if some of the tips are gonna help with prometric. I’m from Hawai’i and he told us partial bath is face, hands, armpit, perineal, and back rub. But prometric checklist claims what you’re doing! Idk if I’m going to get partial bath (hopefully not), but if I do I hope prometric instructors follows what you do and not what my teacher did or else idk who to listen to anymore!

Hi, Annb! Yes. If your water becomes too sudsy, you will need to replace it with clean water, however, this alone will not cause you to fail the skill.
