I do have a question tho, Ive had the 220v version of this vfd. However I just purchased another 120v and not sure how to connect the input power. Can you tell me where the L1 goes and where the neutral wire goes between the RST terminals ?
If you are using analog 0-10v potentiometer you may need to change setting PD070. If you are using 0-10v you need PD070 set to 0. The setting 1 is for 0-5v so if your using 0-10 you would only get a max of 5v at 50%. or vis versa. try changing PD070 to either 0 or 1 I think will fix your issue.
Jason, what size wire are you using from the inverter to the spindle? I keep seeing 18 or 16 gauge, but I can't find any 16 gauge shielded. Any ideas??

your using R and S for your L and N (110v)?
also what are you vfd settings
cant get mine above mabe 10k
