    For those of you wondering about progress using these videos, I started out 2 months ago (Jan 13th, 2018) at 310 and have been doing 2 miles (30 mins a day) for 5 days a week and I am now at 294. I am going to continue doing this because I love these workouts!
    **Update as of September 4th 2018**: I am doing 45 mins/4 days a week and am down to 236! Still going strong.

      Amelia Azlan I started at 5 days a week and i used this walk + another one of her 1 mile walks for a total of 30 minutes. I am now doing 45 minutes of walking 4 days a week. I am down to 246 so a total of 64lbs lost in 6 months now.

      Akhila Iyer thank you! Honestly just doing Leslie's walks and staying in a caloric deficit has helped me lose this much weight so far. Track calories on MyFitnessPal!

      nathan slaughter nope, I didn't take out any food groups or restrict anything, all i did was count calories. About 1300 a day

    I love doing this video and other videos like this by her. I'm blind and find other workout videos to be difficult to follow. As talkative as she is as much verbal instruction as she gives, it makes it easy for me to follow along and to be able to do the work out so that I can strengthen my body and get healthier

    I am 60 years old- started leslie's workout in July 2022 (weight 93kg). By February 2023 came down 73kg!!Came down to size 14 from size 24!!

    Hi, Leslie! I started doing your walking program about a month ago. I am a 56 year old man. I am on disability due to a brain injury I sustained during surgery on my brain tumor. I used to be a gym rat but I have left side deficit and can't use my left hand correctly so lifting weights is out of the question until I fully heal. My wife's friend told her about your videos and she told me that I should try it. Boy am I glad I did!! I've lost about ten pounds and my balance is getting better, too. I love your energy and enthusiasm. Thank you for putting these up on TH-cam. God bless you

    I was very close to 500 pounds and dropped to 375 using this workout. However, I've gained and im 493 so I've started back two days now. So I am anticipating losing 100 more pounds within one year. I love her exercises.

    I am 69 years old and I kept up with the whole video and I was just diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure. God Bless you Leslie this made me feel so much better after living a sedentary lifestyle for so long! ❤️

    I enjoy my walks with her, I try to do three a week, I am in my seventies,my movements are a bit slower than usual, but I am managing it very well now , as these walks help me, ..... Thanks to God, and Leslie.💕

    I have a hi blood pressure and terrible migraine that never go away really bad and the doctor told me to do something immediately.In 4 days after following your walking exercise one in the morning one in the afternoon, blood pressure is normal and zero migraine.Thanks Leslie,now I'm hooked to follow you every day.

      I started with the 20th minute work out to burn fat l lost ten pounds by walking 5 days for three weeks, now I am starting with walking 🚶‍♀️ 1 mile daily to reach my goal of losing 20 pounds.

    Leslie: thank you so much for posting these videos online. I have just started my weight loss program ordered by my doctor. When I started, I weighed 243.2 pounds. I have been doing the weight loss program and doing your walk video's 3-4 times per week. Today makes 5 weeks. I am not losing the weight real fast but according to my doctor, that is ok, because he said I have a better chance of keeping it off. And he thinks your walk videos are great because even if the weather is bad, I can still walk. My weigh in today was 233.8. I have lost 9.4 pounds so far! And there is an added plus, it helps me with my stress. I have a lot of stress in my life at this time, as in July of 2017, my husband passed away. So even though I miss him, your walk videos is helping managing my stress. So between my doctor and you, I am doing better. You helped save my life. Because before I started your program, I just wanted to die. There are not enough words to repay you for saving my life. Thank you so much!

    This is my 3rd day...I cut out dairy and flour....I'm drinking lots of spring water. I am doing her 15 and 30 min Walk and my bra top is slack on me already.....I love how she says eazzzzy... and walk, walk walk with the music.. with all the added tips whilst doing the exercises...Its so easy to start to struggle and forget to do all the tips...eg..pull in the stomach etc...She lets us know the muscle we are working too....it's so encouraging when I feel like giving up...I have a cup pf banana tea on mornings...lunch between 12-1: 30pm which include salads..meats..nuts and ensure what ever I eat it don't cross 2100 cal...1/2 hr after my major meal I have a cup of tea. Cheat day is Friday for me...Where I plan to not binge but eat cheat food and stay within that cal amt with what ever I would like to eat...Sat I would be back on again...

    I just love this video series. I have lost over 30 lbs in 30 days just doing these workouts, 15 minutes twice daily. I am half way to my first goal, and I feel great! These work, if you work them. I have gotten both my daughter and my sister to start these workouts. I know if they do them, they will also feel so much better.

    Thank you, Leslie! I've just started to do your workouts, for a week only, and I already feel good. I feel more toned and happy! I work from home now with this coronavirus, from my computer, I sit down most of the day and these 15 minutes relaxes me and help me very much.     Leslie, as someone who still has your very first VHS walk tape and every other one since, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. By adding a new generation of leaders, it appears that while you may be slowing it down (a bit) in your involvement in the business, you are certainly not hanging up your walking shoes! I think this is a fantastic way to give yourself some well-earned time to do other things with life, but still stay an integral part and face of the business. Wish you all the best in whatever you have planned both here and at home with family. Thank you for everything you and your team do!

    In the early 2000s I lost 100 pounds by walking with Leslie! I had been on very high doses of prednisone and gained so much weight. Leslie helped me lose it. :) I'm back to lose some new prednisone weight in 2020!! It really does work!

      I also have 2 kids on the spectrum. I started doing these workouts when they were toddlers. My son graduated high school last week, and my daughter is also a teen. Walking helps keep me energized (and sane, lol!).

    Thank you for this!!! I had an operation yesterday and they told me that for six weeks I need to walk 15 minutes every 2 hours to lower my chance of getting blood cloths. But I don’t like walking outside so this was perfect. Im just one excercise down and my back pain is better

    I'm getting back on track of losing my weight, few years ago before i had both knees replaced i was way over 300, I'm down in the 250's, got a ways to go but I'm determined, motivated, and i can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. Love your videos, walking on the hard surface outside kills my feet, this is convenient whether its hot or cold outside. I'm never giving up.

    I talk to people about health and wellness and i recommend these exercises because people can relate. ve been doing these exercises since 2017 and each time I say thank you God for these exercises. I love the fact that the people are real and I love Leslie's authentic heart. Keep on keeping it real. I just discovered the island one with Rocky! What a great workout!

    I just started doing these workouts yesterday and honestly i’ve never found an exercise routine that i love so much, this is flexible, fun and it feels like a good and manageable workout. I choose to do 15, 30, 45 minutes or even an hour on any day because what i’ve learned from just 2 DAYS of doing these videos is that ANY movement is GOOD movement. I can’t thank you enough Leslie, these videos are changing my life! I have around 20lbs i’d like to lose and i’m going to lose them with you🥰

    We formed a group at our Arizona RV Park with the idea of using your Walk program to virtually walk to Portugal and do El Camino!     Thank you Leslie. This provides us the opportunity to stay active when we cannot go outdoors or to the Gym. Love ❤️ the 15 minutes sessions with different levels. I’m using this exercise to stay in shape and prevent type 2 diabetes.

    I have been doing these now for about 10 days and I find that now I really want to get up in the morning and do this and then do a longer one in the evening. Once you start you get addicted.

    This beautiful lady makes these so easy to follow and such fun. I love her down to earth approach. I started walking with her soon after lockdown here in the uk and I do at least 2 per day now. She walks with regular people too which is refreshing as other fitness instructors are all about the plastic celebrities! She really relates to us. I find her addictive. I love walking with her and her friends. I'm feeling stronger and fitter already. Thankyou Leslie. Xx

    My favorite thing about your videos is that you include people with all kinds of body shapes!! The majority of workout videos always have really skinny and toned people in the background.     I “walk” with you everyday! Love love this video. I do it 2 times and get in 2 miles. Sometimes I do it at night also. So much energy and I feel like I am right there with you.     I only just discovered these videos a few weeks ago. I wanted to find a workout to suit me , and this is perfect. Most workouts u find are too high intensity and all people doing it are already skinny and toned. I lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks , doing this , along with a healthy diet. Definitely going to keep going .     I am 4 months out from my second knee replacement in a year and this morning I did the one mile! I am so excited. I used to do the 3 mile every day before my knees went out. It's been a long time but I'm excited to get back! Thanks for this video. It's perfect!

    I have a collection of Leslie's yoga and walking videos that go back 15 years. I use to buy them from College videos online and from Walmart. I'm so glad to see her on TH-cam! She is uplifting, down to earth, and she makes working out fun and easy to learn. My kids and I did them together and their grown men now lol lol... LOVE YOU Leslie STILL LOOKING AMAZING!!!

    I'm at 222.0lbs, and have only done this workout for 2 days! I can feel the burn! I'm going to try this for 2 weeks, and see where it leads!

      @@Esra-92 çoğunlukla lilly sabri ve son 1 ay emi wong'un sporlarını yaptım bir de pamela reifi de çok övüyorlar ama onu denemedim. Bir de kendini aç bırakma aç kalınca kilo vermem biraz yavaşladı gibi oldu ve zaten sağlıklı değil. Böyle 💜

    It's nice to go back after a year of 1 mile exercise i used to do..now in the era of covid19,as a nurse i need this because of fatigue and body pain i feel everyday after work💪.. Thanks to the staff.. It helps me alot 😘

After loosing my parents i had put on so much of weight due to stress and when i saw your video i thought i might wanted to give it a try to myself and trust me I feel just so full of energy and though it is evening time but will 100% sure will do it every morning until i continue with the next step video. God Bless you for bringing back every person's energies in action. you're just amazing and jut so good. i don't know how to express more but every man and woman should try this . Oh Boy! it is so amazing. I have not seen yet any life changing breakthrough exercising 15 minutes video before that could pep-up anybody. You are an angel. Thank you.

    I just started this three months ago, I don't even know how I came across this video but I did I'm so happy that I did!!I am totally addicted to doing this it became such a great habit for me to I've been doing it three times a day at least.I lost 18 lb the first month then I lost 8 lb the second month and then the third month I lost 6 lb..I started out at 218 pounds so when I go to the doctors this month I'll know how much I lost this month,I'm so excited cuz this is really working

      Myself and my partner are exactly the same, stuck indoors. We both didn't exercise at all before the lock down but this has changed my partners's life.     Started with the 20 min one.
    My weight is currently 64 kg. Before I was 71!
    I'll keep updating
    I stopped after 3 weeks, but the overall result was... **drumroll*
    I got to 56!
    My whole plot in this is that whenever U guys need to work out u should have motivations (just like what these people did in my personal life) and not give up!
    Ps. Sorry for my bad english! U can do it! I love u and believe in you!
    Pps. I still workout haha

    after being diagnosed with TY2 diabetes I decided enough was enough. needed to tone up loose weight exercise which hasn't been done in years. you know the feeling when life takes hold. work ,home no time etc etc. I was suppose to start Pilates today but its been cancelled so I went on line and found walk at home. omg. took few minutes to get a rhythm but wow can I feel it in my hips, groin etc .it was fun and I'm determined so I will carry on. always being shy of how I look although im not huge it was so nice to see bigger size people doing this. made me feel more confident .thank you
