I have source track at home an have been mixing on them for a few months now. I'm very satisfied with their sound and flat response. Every other pair of monitors I have listened to color the sound in some way.
Great! To my ears, MTM's have a better overall balance and excellent mdrange detail. Adams sound blur in the midrange, a bit harsh in the high end and reach deeper in the low end.
As always, thanks for the comparison. Very interesting one. I was looking for a pair of speakers for nearfield listening and the MTM from IK Multimedia seems to be a very good choice for my desktop. Unbelievable the performance of those tiny speakers. The sound room correction is a plus. Keep it up!
@@milorial4294 sure, small enough that would save u desk space, it also has strong base which is similar to some 5 inc speaker and have a wild sound filed, clearly vocal
I have a doubt which of these monitors would be best for my home studio & dj Live Set the presonus eris e66 presonus e8 XT Or RCF Ayra Pro 8 New Version Thank you
Excellent variety of music through these tests, gives insight.. And yet... the source tracks always make me hesitate. So, which of all these speakers you have tested through your videos are closest to the source track quality (which always sounds better in my ears) ?
They sound similar, with very flat frequency response. When compare to original sound, the Adam is able to project better bass, but the iLoud MTM has better tonal balance and transparent mid, especially on the classical music, Bellissimo.
yup, but the mids from mtm kills those from the adam. for me adam souds fuller just because its for my ear V-shaped. We like those kind of presentation. MTM is focused on mids in this battle, just beacuse it cant compare with lows. in my opinion... if you want. 2.0 system.. go for Adams.. if you want complete sound go for MTM with 2.1 system. For me MTM is nicer in mids and highs.. so i suggest to pair it with a good closed subwoofer, not vented one.
Hi, If I were to choose between Swan M100 MKIII and Presonus Eris 4.5, which would you suggested for multimedia use (movies, music, gaming). Or should I rather go with 2.1 system like Edifier S351BD, Klipsch promedia 2.1 bt instead? (In my country, four of these are priced roughly the same). Thank you in advance!
mtm bass front port and is punchier especially in midrange .. adams back bass port is less accurate and requires treatment....everything else adams wins..personally i would compare the tv7s the adam 8s are not my favorite in any style be it ax or tv too much bass can fudge up the midrange and Adams 8s are approaching midfield monitors honestly need a big room

i was thinking about getting Adam or IK but after this video Im considering source track . sounds great
Hey man. As far as I know, source track is just the original song he inserted for comparison purposes.
@@jpridgard5687 yea exactly and that was the joke . I was trying to be funny :(
Sorry man, I misunderstood. My apologies!

Source track is by far my favorite affordable option for an Audiophile grade listening experience :)

best comparison in all kind of video media. brought mtm already
Would you recommend MTM iLoud?

@@laeirt6686 thx bro
To my mind T8V`s are better overall for listening , MTM`s probably better choise for work
T8V has much much more bass obviously, and along with a wider frequency range comes more clarity
In terms of bass the sound doesn't really compare to the graphs. Why?
For working with sound, I would choose ILOUD.
Pls can you compare the iLoud MTMs with Adam T5v ?? 🙏🙏
Please, do some comparison with RCF Ayra Pro's!
I have a doubt which of these monitors would be best for my home studio & dj Live Set
the
presonus eris e66
presonus e8 XT
Or
RCF Ayra Pro 8 New Version
Thank you
Nice video.
Could you please try cheaper monitors like BX8 D3 or Prodipe 8 pro v3 ? Thx

the source track is inserted and bypasses the microphones so it sounds better.
8:58 / 10:16
Adam Audio T8V souds better for me , more bass, IK Multimedia iLoud MTM || souds a litlle like a box.
8 inch and two 3 inch woofer can't compare
it has better mids (MTM). its all what you prefer
damn the mtm's sound so small, tnx for this sir
no, those monitors are calibrated depending on the acoustics of your room

I think the sound in MTM is kind of thin, and also has some distortion.
i hear the Adam is a bigger box, the stage wider. The freq response seems like so close but my ears whisper otherwise.:-)
Both are so nice. I want here Adamt8v versus focal80.
Expected much more from MTM.
hello .... the best monitor between .... eris 4.5 / HS7 / RP5G3 / mr524 / T5V ? thank's
ugh. i'm on the fence between these two right now. that's how i found this video.
T8V声音更厚一些 低音下潜感觉差不多 量感T8V略多
The both sound good but the T8v has the more complete sound. The iLoud has good mids its just doesn't sound as warm as the Adam.

Can you test Klipsch Promedia 2.1 bt pleasee.
Adam👍😉
8:05 T8V has a kick. MTM - doesn't. 😇

Go for S350DB. It is my pick for multimedia at this price point
@@DSAUDIOreview thanks!
4inch vs 8 inch...just not fair.
And yet the MTMs still go punch for punch
Strange how frequency curves are nearly same but Adam sounds so much bigger with deeper and punchier bass.
It’s a 8 inch woofer lol

Exactly thought same stuff
compare barefoot sound pls
Definitely mtm

mtm has back bass port.
@@myudshlihe true i was thinking of the micros
Mtm close to real track. Adam tends to hide some midrange frequencies.
Yep, you can’t cheat on physics ))
you mean poor Adams are boomy on low and weak on mids? totally agree.
