The bicycle single leg killed me, you’re totally right about the right exercise for ten minutes is better than the wrong for an hour because I could already feel my body working so hard on exercise one 😂😭

I used to have an 8 pack up until two years ago when I settled down and stopped working out and gained 20 pounds. then got pregnant in 2019 and put on another 70 pounds after baby. I had a c section so I was unable to do core stuff for a while and am just now getting back into working out everyday. This little workout kicked my butt and the abductor crunch was definitely the hardest for me. I’m gonna try to do this everyday for a few months and then follow up with an update in a few months. This workout is really simple and effective! I also liked the music and the timer sounds. I can easily follow the video even if I’m at the gym, and the music is nice, since it’s harder to play a video and play music while on my phone. Good job!
Great workout! The first few exercises were chill and I did feel more of a leg workout but the lat 3 we’re my fav and really felt it in the lower ab. At the end I circled back to those three and repeat it! thank girl!

It’s a myth that having children is guaranteed to “ruin” your body. That only happens to people who are not in shape in general. I’ve seen a lot of women who bounce back immediately after they stop breastfeeding, and that’s without working out and putting in effort, but they have worked out before that.

This was a great ab workout!! One of the beat I’ve done (my opinion), but I feel like there should be a ding or a voice saying if it’s time to switch to a different side...you don’t wanna have to watch the video the whooollle time & if ya don’t then you missed out when it was you were supposed to switch. Anyways just a suggestion & again GREAT freaking workout!!!
As you work on strengthening the ab muscles, your legs will often pitch in to help stabilize you during this type of exercise. Nothing wrong with that!
