    I LOVE ab workouts!! 😍😍🔥 I already start to see my abs but very slightly and it has been one week & a half since I started working out again. I hope that I will be able to see more defined abs after one month of daily training. Wish me luck!!

    Your exercises is one of the things I follow and watch on TH-cam. Well, not this one for quarantine but the jump rope weight loss to be exact. I alternate it with my other cardio workouts. But I will definitely try and do more of your other workouts. Thank you for easy to follow home exercises vids. 🤗

    Just wanted to say thank you so much Holly for these workouts. You have become part of my new routine, as like most people I am off work due to the current social distancing rules. When I get up I first do your indoor walking workout, then the daily challenge workout and finish with your dance cardio workout. This seems to be really helping with keeping busy and active. Plus its great to see a friendly face as I live alone, Thanks again! x

    Day 8= DONE!
    I am grateful for being able to squeeze this workout in today and NOT break my 30 day streak.
    I'm in the middle of moving (need to be out of my home by the 10th of august!) So its CHAOTIC and stressful. But being able to do this workout helps me keep my mind off everything for at least 15 min. And I feel so GOOD!!!!

    Thank you again, Holly! I am so thankful for my Bible to read God's word in the morning, and I'm so thankful for Your work outs-I am truly feeling like I'm getting in better shape now! I am also very thankful for ( Sketchbook Skool ) on Internet, and the ability to sketch in my art journal- and for the technology to use Google Images for the subjects i can draw and paint! It's Tuesday now... I was one day behind on workouts, but I plan on using today's workout #9 -tonight! Love to all!

    I'm definitely late for this challenge but I just thought I'd share that it's totally worth it! I'm on day 8 but I can already see that my arms and stomach are more toned, but also my energy is through the roof!!
    I'm waking up half an hour earlier than I used to with zero problems, and afterwards I can sit in my most boring college class but don't be tempted to fall asleep yk?
    10/10 recommend 🥰

    Loved this challenge! On day 7 I couldn’t get motivated enough so I did 7 and 8 today so I’d catch up and I am drenched! Awesome workouts! So thankful for you and for not settling for a ‘mom bod’!

    I have finished my first week and I feel results. I haven’t really seen any results yet but I definitely feel them. Plus I love these short workouts I can do them before work and then shower without having to wake up super early.

    So grateful for these workouts Holly! My core stability was so much better today - sometimes when balancing I topple over quite easily but that happened far less today. Really felt the burn during the workout but I have the resilience to push through now. Was awesome. Thank you so much!!

    3. My dog (because it means I am allowed to go for walks as many times a day as I want during this quarantine 😂. I live in Catalunya and the quarantine rules are strict)
