I’m proud that I have been able to make it this far into the thirty day challenge and I don’t plan on stopping now! However, I feel like this exercise was the most difficult out of all of them so far in terms of being able to follow along 😂 No worries. I just laughed it off and pushed through!
It was so fun and nice to start my day of the challenge with a dance together with you. It's my birthday and I cound not imagine a better routine for the start of the day. Thank you, Holly, for a dance together and this joyful present.
I love the energy! Dance is definitely a comfort zone for me. I went to dance school from 6 years old - 20 years. I did what you did and modified it a bit. I appreciate you Holly. Looking at your videos motivate me a lot. I'm going for a much deserved shower.
Holly, how come you never look out of breath or sweaty in your videos? When I do them I'm shattered and sooo sweaty! Wish I looked this good while exercising, I look like a purple sweaty beached whale by the time I'm done 🤣🤣🤣. Love your videos and you've inspired me so much, just finished day 11 😁❤
OMG today's was SO MUCH FUN! I haven't done aerobics classes since uni (over 10 years ago!) and I used to love them! Had so much fun with this - will be doing this one again! I'd love a longer edition of this!

Thanks, Holly! I did manage to survive till the end. It was a good one to do, dancing, as something different and I sweat a lot. And although I used to enjoy dancing before, I was less enthusiastic about it as a form of exercise today. I must say I enjoyed your other forms more. But as a one off thing, this was not a bad different thing to throw into the mix.

Funny story. So, I'm an athlete, but I play sports like softball and basketball. One semester in high school (senior year, no less), the only PE class available was dance--the last thing I'd ever sign up for. But I couldn't change any of my classes around. It turned out to be fun (I always enjoyed going to high school dances), but yeah, last class I ever expected to take. I enjoy dancing, I'm just not very good at it. So this was a lot of fun. I pretty much made it through. ;) Thanks for all the fun workouts!
Holly, you do it so effortlessly and Ii guess that's why when I watch it before doing it, it seems so easy. Then I do it and am all here panting and sweating. Thanks for this.
Five days until this challenge is wrapped up! I'm so proud that I was able to consistently workout every day. I will definitely start another challenge after this one.
An excellent workout, thanks so much Holly! I like dance workouts and think they're more enjoyable than just cardio with burpees etc. I often do dancing routines before toning exercises and like learning new moves. It's such a lot of fun!

I am Sweating up a STORM !!!! It was fun I was smiling all of the way through this .It was great you stated at the start that the counts were either 4 counts or 8 counts for the moves that made it easier to keep up albeit breathlessly!! THANKS HOLLY

Day 25 Aerobic Dance Workout was what I call "fun" with a capital F!!! It was nice to do something else than the normal exercise workout. I really enjoyed this workout! Nice one Holly!
Great video.. 5 min of this cardio as a warm up before your toning workouts would be awesome. Love this challenge with your always new and creative workout 👍🏻👍🏻.. has given me the push I needed to get going again. Last night I did 10 min different exercises during movie-time.. seemed like a natural thing to do after having a small piece of cake 😄
I'd get one move down & you'd be on to the next one!!!!! My 21 month old had fun with it, she's still dancing & she has better coordination than I do!!!! Loved it!!!!
Today I did three workouts (one of yours that's a full body workout & 2 of someone else's standing abs workouts) and then I started to do this aerobic dance workout of yours, but I felt tired out so I only did about the first 1/4 of the workout. I'll try to remember to get to it again later. The few minutes that I did do it were fun though.
Not gonna lie. I love the concept of this workout but it was almost impossible for me to follow along and I felt like the only part that got an INTENSE workout was my calves. But did they BURN at the end. I love you so so so much Holly!!! You got me over that hump and committed to working out consistently. The short intense workouts work perfectly with my schedule and they’re so easy to adjust and make more or less intense
Day 25: ✅ this was so much fun!!! I took two rest days because I wasn’t feeling very well, but now I’m back and ready to finish strong! Also I absolutely love dance workouts, because I usually turn some music on and dance in my room before bed anyway 😉💜
Loves it. Was so fun. First watched the video to see if there was a routine. Then I started it and felt I would fail. I had to remove my mat after a while cause it stopped some of my moves and suddenly we was done. I was afraid I wouldn't manage it cause my knee hurts a bit after a really intense workweek and also a lot leg related workout from you. But I did it and I survived as well. Wasnt to bad when it came to sweat and breath either. 👍🏻 Day 25 of the challenge is done only 5 to go. Feel so sad knowing this challenge and mail reminders will stop. But I gonna have a Holly alarm each day in next 30 days to follow and and arms video. Cant wait ^^

@@nikkicutiie Girlll it's so effective. I usually start off with the quarantine video challenge then do the challenge after. I dropped two pounds on day one! Having a healthy diet and proper vitamins helps a lot to helping yourself *FEEL* healthy 💪
Gurll i get you like before going to bathroom its so hard that road looks so far off from the matt that ive layed on but like...... when you get in the shower its AMAZING!!!!! specially if you sweat like Me as if someone poured water on you ,its sooo GOOD but ....yeah ALL THE BEST for choles program it is....HARD ....like at the start ... i alMOst thought i was about to have abs right after first day (lol) anyways 💖💪😁

Ran for 58 minutes smashing 6 personal records on my nike run but then came home to do the challenge and found i got 10 mins worth of aerobics to do... 😂😂 yeahhh.. let's just say nobody should hug me or come within 5 feet of me. Stay faaarrr far away... loved it. Made me miss my salsa-dancing and bhanggra-dancing days.
At first, I thought it would be that difficult (I said "dance? I don't think it will be that complicated"), and omg, I'm so exhausted! But it was fun! Thank you, Holly, you're awesome! :D

This one was hard for me, normally it would have been easy, I love dancing but I recently injured my foot (Think I sprain a muscle or something) So I couldn't do a lot of the jumping, had to modify the workout a bit but it definitely caused me to sweat :p Even with a injured foot Im pushing through, hopefully it doesnt cause me to miss anymore days....Im determined to finish this challenge :)
