This was one of those workouts where I had to remind myself not to compare my weights to Sydney's and just use the weights that challenge ME (even if it was 5 or 10 pounds lighter than Syd's). Feeling really proud after this one!

I love arm days, but today (I’m a few weeks late due to surgery plus a day this week I missed due to being utterly exhausted) I really didn’t want to do it. I wanted to sit on the sofa and binge eat chocolate. But I didn’t. I pushed through. I worked out and I am so proud of myself. And your little motivation at the end was so spot on today it’s unbelievable, like you were in my head. Thank you so much, Sydney.
Today was definitely a strength building day for me! My arms are still sore from yesterday, yet it was the burpees that made me want to stop and leave (or at least skip). I'm proud of myself for making it through. Those pushups at the end though 😵😅🤗

I have noticed a definite increase in my strength since the end of the last challenge. I am so proud of myself and happy to FEEL the strength! I am also impressed to see my ability to do more weighted movements. Thank you for what you do Sydney!

Today this workout was day 1 for me and I struggled… I need to go back and start from the beginning to work up the strength!! I think that these words at the end that you need to think about bad days as days of your maximum strength, this is really great, and you can take it anywhere in your life, for example in your spiritual path or when you work on yourself as a better person or when you want to do something really great and fantastic and everything and everyone (you think) stands against it and you still keep pushing forward!!
I've noticed a shift in my mental health and the way I speak to myself since starting my workouts with you again and really listening to your motivation. I've been asking myself what could be the reason behind this shift and I honestly think its you. The way you kindly push us and encourage us to believe in ourselves. Thank you. It's been a hard time for me mentally and its getting lighter and I know your workouts are a big reason behind that. I'm really grateful to you.

Love the workout. But am also doing a daily "cleanse" - cleaning out ONE thing each day - drawer, desk top, wardrobe, gungy cupboard under sink in garage, etc. The workouts are great, but the feeling I am getting by doing a bit of tidy, throw out and clean up is also really good. Thanks for the motivation Sydney. So doable. Surprisingly rewarding.

Really loving the 60 second 2 rounds format.....except 2 minutes of burpees 😂, Dustin the music is exceptional also!!! 👌 💪
Why is it Sydney gives the right message at the right time? I’m fighting a summer cold, today’s workout was a challenge for me, I had to scale back my weights and I struggled during the cardio sessions, especially with the burpees! Today was definitely a maximum strengthening day for me! I could have taken the day off, but didn’t…I’m motivated to complete this challenge on time!

I did this workout today. The biceps were on fire on 10 lbs weights but I did not drop them. Proud of myself for doing that. Loved the combo of the upper body and cardio. The challenge is definitely upped two notches.

Holy cow this was my maximum strengthening day… I spent 4 hours painting ceilings this morning and DEFINITELY felt this workout! OUCH! 💪🏼
