    Not gonna lie, that wasn't my fave...definitely a mental challenge as well as a physical one. Did it though! Strong body and strong mind BALANCE 2024 - go get it!! 🎉💪

    OMG!! Cocky me thinks- this one outta be a piece of cake after 5 yrs with Sydney.
    No cake here. Eating 5 yrs worth of HUMBLE PIE!!
    I didn’t remember doing this one but my hx says I did. I must not have been following directions back then 😅!
    I am so much more toned and fit than I have ever been and I’m THRILLED that this one kicked my very fit HINEY😂😂😂

      Crushed!! 💯 agreed!! I watched for a bit prior to workout & thought ok LOW impact??! Not the case. The struggle & sweat is real whoa!! Triple Ds - NEVER Disappoints , ALWAYS Delivers on challenging the body & brings the heat with DYNAMIC energy.
      I mean cmon even she was getting winded. What does that tell you. Made me feel a little better to know she’s working with there with us. Her strength & endurance inspires me to push myself even when I’m struggling with crohns symptoms.😢
      Love you Sydney!! It’ll be a party for sure when I complete all exercises. 🫶🏼👍🏼❤️‍🔥💪🏽

    4 minutes straight of side planks at the end was tough, but I DID IT! My 5yo daughter was right beside me. In those last 30 seconds, Sydney, you said, "You are strong!" and my daughter said, "You ARE strong, Mama!" I had to actual yell out, 'I can do this! I can do this!' the last 15 seconds, and that got me through. And then I burst into tears. You have made such an impact on my life. I'm so grateful to be showing my daughter that her mama is strong and capable and that she is too.

    That was a spicy 🌶 sweat-fest, and I loved every minute of it! My fav was that 4-min plank at the end 😅.

    I just had to add- I did CRUSH it! And didn’t touch a single dumbbell or hop or jump and I got 10x sweatier. But!! I lasted thru the last 4 minutes bc Sydney talked me through it!!!!❤

    Loved this one again! Struggled more than I liked but I’m learning to give myself grace. I’ve had a lot going on and moving and not sleeping enough. I’m doing what I can to show up and keep moving and stay consistent! Great job squad! You are strong and getting stronger!! 🥵🥵🥵🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼❤️

    I think this was balance 2024 Friday workout?? I didn't see anything in the playlist so I guessed and I'm glad I chose this one!!! Amazing workout loved the longer work periods it really pushed me! 🔥

A few months in, I started following her program, then January 2021, I wanted to show her more support so I started buying her calendar. I have been here ever since. I am just so amazed at how much I have transformed throughout the years. Mentally , physically , emotionally, spiritually . So thankful and grateful to be here and a part of the Sydney squad . My 36th birthday is coming up and I have never felt better

    I’ve been doing your workouts for a couple of years and I love them! This format is the only kind I’ve struggled with. The 60 sec reps are too long for me which why I’ve chosen to workout at the gym instead for this summer. Can’t wait to see what you have in store after summer time!

      I agree. I have been doing Sydney's workouts for 3 years, and this is the only program I am not enjoying. The 60-second sets are not working for me. I think I will start doing her past Summertime Fine workouts for the remainder of the summer. Looking forward to more variety again, hopefully, after this program! I do love her workouts, normally!

      Hola! Thank you. I love Sydney workouts and appreciate all the effort she made. But, I also don't like the 60 seconds unilateral. What I have been doing is open another workout in her channel with the same part of the body. Usually IN THE old STF.

    I look at my WHY all day. My 5 year old son has a rare genetic disease. He will likely never walk but Mama is STRONG, fit and capable to care for him, no matter that he currently weighs 40 lbs. Always worked out but now I TRAIN to be the strongest I can be and because of Sydney, I AM. Thank you Sydney and Dustin. I CRUSH it every day. My Why says I have no choice. : )

    I did this workout today and this just blew me away. Just like bodyweight is tough, standing absolutely is equally harder. I think all the combos were my favorites. Every step I was surprised. Loved it. ❤

    August 2024! My comment from last year popped up! Love when that happens!
    My fave combo? Hmmm. I’d say the disco twist and side crunch because I needed more coordination to keep it going. It was good for mental focus.
    I feel this one under my shoulders. Inner muscles. Wow!

    Thanks a lot for your efforts and great Workouts, I do your exercises since 2 years and really enjoy them, just as small critic wanted to say this format of 60 second workouts and repeat so many similar movement for 60 seconds are really really boring and I have a difficult time finishing this workouts, would be great to go back to previous formats. thanks again

      I agree 💯. These 4 min set are my least favorite in the 2 years I’ve been working out with her. I’ve walked away from more workouts this month, and I’ve never done that before, out of pure boredom. To me, it feels like she’s currently so focused on new followers and new new members “growth mindset” that I’m struggling to get anything out of this program. It’s frustrating after the week we had it “easy” at the end of the last program to not feel a connected to this month at all. Guess I’ll go for a run today instead of standing doing the same cardio move for 4 min. Bleh.

    Day 17 done !! 🎉... I struggled today. My motivation was low but I showed up and I gave it my best. I have been feeling strong and fit..at least better... clothes seem to fit better, at least thats how it felt but i stepped on the scale and no change.. i fell discouraged but then i did my analysis, realized how I am not doing my best in terms to my food and I can't ignore the fact that i FEEL stronger and better.. so here I am, showing up for my workout and I am gonna do better in other aspects of my life as well. I am here for a positive change and I am not giving up !! Look for me on day 65 !!

    Balance day 14 - OMG! This one was intense! I have forgetter how intense this one was!!! I was able to move in a healthier way with modifications, and I crushed it! I respect modifications!!

    My car kicked the bucket today after spending over $3k on it YESTERDAY. Needless to say, my heart wasn't in it when I pressed play. But I'm dripping with sweat and I've never done those side planks better in my life!!! So I'm going to continue to be proud of myself and grateful for these workouts.

    Low impact cardio is always my favorite for my joints early in the morning and I crushed that! Standing abs always give me a confidence boost since I struggle so much with my core after all those surgeries I've had. Great Tuesday. Sweaty from head to toe! 🥵🥵🥵🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼💯💯💯

    Favorite move was side knee, front knee.
    Not a huge fan of the low impact workouts but it was a good workout to come back to after a long weekend of celebration!

    I'm thankful that today's workout is low impact. My right foot is sore today. I'm giving my grace because I haven't been sleeping well. I’ve been fighting negative stress in my environment. I’m in therapy for my mental health. Today, I'm going to do stress meditation. It's a seven days series on the Calm app.

    Mylanta!!!! It was so intense and challenging but crushed it. I think my favorite sidekick and bend. I even added a punch on both ends. Loving this unilateral theme going this week. Not easy at all but making us so much stronger.❤ ❤❤

    I really struggled today…. Not my best day! I’m not a fan of cardio but I know it works so I push through!! See you tomorrow….. Just a quick shout out to the rest of you showing up every day…. Great work…. This is not easy !!! ♥️

    WOOF. This was a great challenge. I'm always amazed at how effective low impact cardio can be -- just as tough as high impact if you put your mind to it.

    I came into this with zero energy and low motivation but got it done! Watching Sydney huff and puff through it was very relatable and kept me going knowing that I was not alone in how I felt! This workout was a love-hate workout for me...I love how she mixes things up with cardio AND abs but sorta kinda haaaaaaaatttte standing abs. Anyone else? I always feel like I am doing them wrong!

    Those 2 min intervals are killing me but I know it's to work out endurance. I can't wait till next month we get back to our 30 second intervals. Loved it crushed it! 👍🏋️‍♀️💪🔥🥵💦😁💜🦸‍♀️

Your work and dedication is energizing. Do not let people by their comments bring you to that ugly place. There will always be haters out there. You are you. An athlete, a wife, a mom and an inspiring person. I am 61 and have been through a lot in mhy life. You teach the way I used to teach exercise. Its about your community.
