Wow I couldn't believe my ears when sydney said we have one more round of burpees I was shocked haha but I crushed it it felt more easier to do the burpees with the weight I did the row too my core is getting stronger so as my shoulders thank you sydney and good job everyone

I made it! Lots of modifications - and this is part of my goal - to not overwork and injure myself again; to listen to my body and work out at the right pace for me. The positivity radiating for Sydney keeps me coming back! ❤❤❤
Needed this so bad!! I was feeling really crappy in the morning and this workout was just what I needed. As a stay home mom with twins 18 months old i feel so overwhelmed each day but Im thankful Sydney is here to always push me to push myself to be better than yesterday. I was a bit upset I did not do the Saturday workout but I was caring for my elderly parents both with dementia. I realize sometimes we won't be able to do everything so I'm at it again this week. Monday crushed it!
As soon as I hear "burpees" my body screams, "H-E-L-L no!!". But I told myself not to quit. My burpees don't need to be perfect. And so I did it! And.... Well they weren't perfect, but I did it and I'm so proud of myself for not giving up this time. We can do hard things! 💪
I made it to the end 🎉 I am taking responsibility for myself! God I have tried to do this soooo many times. Please help me get to the end and not give up. Help me to show up for myself everyday, until I learn to make it a habit. Thank you Jesus for Sydney 💛💛💛
