I watch my grandbabies from 7am-3:30pm everyday so for me 5:00am feels like the only time I have to myself! It’s nice to know I’m not working out alone! I’m in Ohio so I will be thinking of our 5:00am “team” Monday morning!
My rest days are Sat/Sunday so the last workout of last week starts my week today! This rocked! Also you know "runners high" achieved that or some major endorphins in this one & from another one last week, but can't remember which one but probably the one with cardio!! Win!😮👌🏽

The whiplash that I got from hearing Temperature come up is insane! I haven’t heard that song since I was kid and hearing it now made me push harder! Loved the workout❤❤❤
I love Sydney's workouts, but I wish more of them were 30 minutes!! Sometimes 40 minutes is just that extra bit too long to get motivated or make time for.
I generally work out 4 x a week and like the routine. But I did all 5 workouts to kick off STF. With my child going off to college soon, I may start working out 6 or 7 (or just get a dog to keep me company😂)!
Done!! Crushed week one!! 🎉🎉 It's so great to know so many are also on this journey! I had to make lots of modifications for the shoulder exercises - and I feel proud for sticking with the workshop AND not pushing my shoulders to do something that would re-injure the left one. I love these workouts & feel excited for each one! Go team!!! Thanks Sydney!!!

Im having a late start to STF because I really wanted to finish up PRE and take advantage of that deload week. Im glad I did, it felt amazing. Mountain climbers are my least favorite but I hear Sean Paul on the remix and I just can’t wait now 🎉 this is gonna be 🔥 Congratulations to everyone who has completed week 1! AMRAP crushed! Also, one of my favorite styles, second to Max Out! I started a small Summer Time Fine group, have a few that wanted to jump on my bandwagon. Although I am the only one who finished week one I’m not mad, to each their own, and they’ll finish in their time, or not! I remember when I started it took me a month and a half to finish Sydney@m’s monthly challenges. Now that I committed to 5 days a week I finish on time, even though my rest days are different days. I can’t wait to see my results in July!!
Good evening! Thank you Sidney for this challenge! My dad passed August 10, 2020 and I was in the best shape of my life. After he passed, I was so depressed and I have not been able to get in shape since. I went from a 6 to a size 12. I feel awful with no energy or drive! I completed this week and I'm so proud of myself. I feel you're holding me accountable and I love the pep talks and encouraging words. Just in this week, I feel stronger and my energy has come up a bit! Im looking forward to week 2! Thanks Sidney! ❤
