Sydney is slowing and surely making me love cardio again - I was a cardio fiend for years and barely did any strength training. Now I LOVE strength training and use cardio more sparingly. This was so much fun, went fast and had such awesome core moves throughout. Loved it!

I definitely checked out mentally about half way through this WO 😮 not sure whether it was the 4 rounds of the same move or just how motivated I needed to be to carry on.......inspired by Sydney. I stopped to breathe and jumped back in. Hope everyone else smashed it 💪
While I love working out with Sydney, I miss the little helps for those of us who are beginners. I can’t do sit ups because of multiple reasons, and it’d be nice to have a lower impact option like in previous videos. I did find that for those who can’t do full sit ups, dead bugs are achievable. They keep it easier to keep my core activated and my belly button tucked towards the floor. There are other exercises that can be done if you can’t do sit ups. Thanks for always being a positive motivation Sydney! ❤

I literally transcended today during this workout because it was that good. The motivation at the end was another level. After so long, I had a perfect day and I am so glad to be working out.
The leg workouts are so hard, but after four years, my knees have never felt better. I used to get sore, riding my bike doing too much bouncing I still do low impact), but now I have hardly any pain in my knees and feel so much stronger in my legs. Thank you so much, Sydney!

I just wanna say I’m so thankful for Sydney in this whole community. Currently, I’m only doing the workouts that are cardio for not having a goal building muscle sometimes I do the other workouts besides the point. Sydney has really helped my mindset in life. I’m not the best at school. I’ve always felt like I don’t do something perfect. I’ll be seen as not intelligent. Since I’m not where I need to be in school,I always felt like made me weak as a person. I’ve asked teachers before and they said don’t take this class cause you’re gonna fall behind yet. I’m doing good in their class. I can’t explain how much Sydney means to me and I’m sure everyone else I love you Sydney!💕

If you're a beginner, don't be discouraged if you can't keep up with the pace right away. Progress takes time and consistency.

Very challenging workout, loved the variety and rapid pace of each routine. Tabata style keeps us moving and no boredom factor.
