I’ve never been in better shape in my life thanks to Sydney and Dustin!! I feel like I’m not alone, when I don’t want to workout at least I know my girl Sydney is with me, then she motivates and encourages at the end. No one compares, so incredibly thankful I found her!!!
Same here. I was originally looking for 40-45 minute workouts that challenged me. Sydney’s workouts not only do that, they help me stay fit without injury because she emphasizes and shows proper form throughout. Gyms never do that.

Sydney is slowing and surely making me love cardio again - I was a cardio fiend for years and barely did any strength training. Now I LOVE strength training and use cardio more sparingly. This was so much fun, went fast and had such awesome core moves throughout. Loved it!

Your no equipment workouts are mine and my partners' GO-TO when traveling - thank you for having such range and keeping us in shape. This past weekend we did 2 hikes for a total of 26 miles and guess what - we enjoyed every minute of them because we work ourselves hard (while having fun) year round with you!

If you're a beginner, don't be discouraged if you can't keep up with the pace right away. Progress takes time and consistency.
