My door knobs are old and actually currently loose and breaking off sooo can’t do that 🤣 that door is flimsy too so it’s not like I can’t fully replace the door knob without replacing the door but I live in a strict apartment complex that won’t let me properly fix anything, super excited to move in 3 months😭
Practice saying "NO!" My goodness, it was like the staff had never heard a patient advocate for themselves before. One even asked me " don't you care about the health of your baby?!" I said yes that's why I'm refusing a cervical check I just had one done two hours ago and it doesn't help with labor. There's no point in getting extra cervical checks just because the shift changed. NO, NO, NO. 😂
They did one on me a few days ago and I'm just 37 weeks. It was supposed to just be a vaginal swab, that I was told about and ready for. Then next thing I know bam! Half a hand shoved into my hoohah. I about climbed up the back of the bed. I wasnt ready for it. And then he acted surprised that I had a painful reaction and that he couldn't feel her head yet. No duh I've got 3 more weeks why would I be dilated?! They're sooooo eager to give me a C-section. I just keep saying no no no! And now that I know i can get ninja'd into a cervical check, I'm going to start bringing it up first that I don't want one!
I gave birth three days ago and it's funny how my body just automatically knew how to get into these positions during labor. I had the best birth and practice these movements in my daily life.
I did the sitz bone spread right before I gave birth and it was so helpful!! All your vids have been a godsend, especially the one on breathing techniques. 🤍 Thank you!!
Her: hey you, want some pregnancy moves to prepare your body for pushing? Me: *single, not pregnant and don’t know when/if I’ll ever be* well you’re damn right I wanna see some pregnancy moves to prepare my body for pushing!
Just gave birth yesterday, how about preparing for the pain 😅 haha just being silly. Love the moves, done some of it beforehand and small first degree stitches only 😊
It’s funny I did most of the first 3 while in labor to manage pain and only pushed for 3 mins before our baby was born (but I had a precipitous labor baby was born 40 mins after my water broke/26 mins after we got to the hospital)
Watching this 36.5 week preggo wondering how I’m ever going to manage these with this belly… but I’ll try! Someone’s gonna have to pick me up from the floor tho lol
That was my same thought! Being pregnant means your joints are spaghettified anyways, you never know when you'll need extra support to regain your balance! Besides, I've broken a door with my mistrust prior to pregnancy.. I'm sure the extra eeight wouldn't help. The assisted squat can be done with a partner instead of a door though! Just cross your arms, have them brace, and go slow until you get your muscles to relax. That's what Spinnjng Babies recommended on this one 😊
My body naturally went into that first one during transition. My husband said the midwives looked at each other and smiled when they heard the noises I was making.
Are there any ways to modify these for someone who has a bum ankle at the moment? My husband and I were in a car accident a month and a half ago, and I broke my ankle in the accident (moral of that story- don't cross your legs in the car 😬). It still hurts to lay it down or move it much in certain directions. I have a brace to wear, and can put all my weight on it, but the hip rotation stuff would not feel great atm.
It’s never too early to start doing squats! Or any of these movements. They’re all very gentle and the more you do them the more prepared your body will be!
Three kids and currently pregnant with number four. Wanna know how I FINALLY got that under control? Pairing pelvic floor therapy with strength training. GAME CHANGER after years of struggling with control.
Lady i never understand the term PUSH when your body acts separately from your mind and pushes as it pleases. Maybe practice to stop the pushing as is needed sometimes.😢
This is great!! I love your full length videos, but please consider making more of these informational shorts!
Me now barely 5 mins preg " I MUST PREPARE!!" LOL awesome tips though! I'll be savibg this fir few months down the line from now ❤
How can be 5 min pregnant IVF?
@@mnarsh750 it's a exaggerated joke, dear 🤣 I was 6 weeks pregnant when I made the comment so my pregnancy was still fresh and new. No IVF lol
@@unfriend_mt4499 hope everything is going well and congratulation for the baby
You can start from as soon as possible! I started as soon as I found out I was pregnant 😅
Meanwhile I'm 5 minutes from birth after chilling for 9 months thinking i should probably get a refresh.
My door knobs not strong enough to hold my big self up 😂
Girl what! I said the same thing 😂❤
Frfr! I’ve gained 41 lbs to date and I still have 6 weeks to go lol

Wow awesome!! Congrats 🎊
You're blessed 🙌
Same for my firstborn it was a quick push....though i gave birth 5mins or less after my water broke.
@@AkinyiTheKenyan I tried to hold it as long as i could lol I feel like I could’ve pushed him out a lot sooner

wouldnt recommend putting the weight on something that moves like a door. won't do the hinges no good and it's a safety risk

Me imagining:- my door knob came out with me 😂😂😂
Does this help for healing and strenghten your pelvic durend postpartum too? 😊
In islam, at first move, we called it "gerakan maryam menggoyang pohon kurma". Thanks for reminding!❤
When is the right time to start doing this moves
When do you recommend doing this?
Is this for doing during labor? During pregnancy?
Please do more shorts
When should you start these
How often do I do these and how long each?
Is it safe to do these around 32 weeks pregnant
When do you recommend starting these In pregnancy?
You can do these at any point in pregnancy!
Told my husband yesterday that when I get to 35 weeks he will need to start doing perineal massages on me. He was confused 😂
When should I start these ?
Are these safe to do at 35 weeks? Xx
Wish I found this sooner
How many squats and tilts and kiegals for how long?
Are there any ways to modify these for someone who has a bum ankle at the moment?

Man I struggle sitting on the floor like that I can’t imagine having my legs crossed like that
All (except last) seems to be dance moves !😂
So im 12wks 🤰🏻and been wanting to do squats but is it too early to start doing squats?

@@BridgetTeyler great thank you!
I can't understand the last one
Which week these can be started
Pushing wasn't an issue, it's basically like taking a dump lol. Keeping my pee in when I sneeze, now that I need kegals for. 😂

Off topic but the floor looks great I might find something similar for our house 😂
When I do the breathing exercise I can’t feel the bulge. Not sure if I’m forcing the pelvic floor down instead of using the breath to bring it down.
If I tried the first one my door would fall off
I thought the door will break
I am pregnant
I personally felt like my labor was WAY too painful to even walk around. Idk how women move so much during labor
This is how I prepare for the aftermath of a visit to Golden Corral.
Can you do these before labor like couple of months early to prepare ?

Is this okay for pgp nd spd?
… ma’am… I am now missing my doorknob sooo any other things for my day ass to clutch onto? 😅
All very hard to do when you have a big ass belly LOL
Made my day 😂
First, you started by failing. Hanging from a door knob!!!!!😮
