Awww that’s amazing to have the same birthday as your husband and his dad!!! Wow!!! It was meant to be 🙏🏼💖 Glad this class helped things along! Congratulations 🎉
@@AyomideWaris-q4qYes, you can start these. Your body won’t go into labor until baby is completely ready! But the sooner you start, the smoother your labor experience will be. Don’t be like me and cram it into that last 3-2 weeks😂
I did the exercises in the night and I never slept the whole night because of contractions I gave birth in the morning..as I type this I'm cuddling with my baby girl 🥰Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
I did this at 39 and 1 at 4 in the afternoon and was in labor at 5 am the next day :) had a relatively quick labor and delivered a beautiful healthy baby boy! Thank you for this!
Writing this so it gives a more realistic and balanced outcome of this video. I'm almost 40 weeks and of course desperate for my little to be induced naturally and found this magical video! All the reviews raved at how they gave birth basically within 24 hours after doing this video. I tried it the other night and though it did lead to light cramping (I had zero before), I didn't go into labor the following day. I continued trying the video one more time the next day followed by a lot of walking and still nothing 😭 the instructor does start the video by ofc stating not everyone will go into labor but I know as a pregnant mommy, we are desperate at this stage and with literally every comment here saying it worked I wanted to share one that balanced out the expectations because it can be so disappointing when it doesn't work and we want to see our baby so bad! Lol But happy for everyone who said this video did work for them and I hope the magic still continues for every other mama! Just didn't work for this one here but ofc, baby will come when they're ready 😭🙏🏽❤️❤️ good luck to all of us!
Well done for giving it a go and honestly I think keeping moving is such an important part of going into labour so don’t stop doing these moves if they feel good 🥰. There are some comments here where it hasn’t worked. I know becuase I’ve replied to them in the past but there are much less of those comments I know so it is nice to have some balance out here 😌. Many people have done this for a week or so and then gone into labour. It can help with so much more than putting the body into labour (getting baby into a good position for birth, relaxing mama, keeping you strong ready for labour etc). Best of luck with things! 💖🙏🏼
@RashmiSingh-wr6li I did have a vaginal birth and luckily wasn't induced but had the baby 10 days after I started this video - a little past my 40 week mark. I did get an epidural. I had really bad back labor pains which is common in my family so maybe that was inevitable, but I do think doing these prenatal yoga videos throughout my pregnancy could have attributed to why my water broke and why I dialiated so quickly.
2:01 i only did this one pose on evening of 12/12, went straight to labor at 7pm and gave birth to my girl at 11pm 😅 it's my first pregnancy. Went by so quickly.. thank you 😊 Edit: since this comment is getting many likes, i walk everyday during my pregnancy for 30 mins to an hour, taking breaks whenever I'm out of breath.. also doing breathing techniques during dilation and pushing, most importantly don't be scared & DON'T PANIC! keep a positive mind, you are about to meet the love of your life, relax your body and muscles and trust yourself and your instincts.. you can do this mama!!
@@Polydbyknk i was 39 weeks with her, went for my weekly appointment that morning and gave birth that night. I arrived at the hospital at around 7.40+pm and was about 2-3cm dilated.. By 9pm++ i was already 7cm dilated 🤔
This definitely works! I was 39 weeks pregnant about to get induced in a few days. I found this video and did it twice along with her second video she has. My water broke the next day 12 hours later. And my baby was here 8 hours later. So crazy I couldn’t believe it but I am so thankful.
Practiced this routine consistently from the 38/39 week mark up until my due date. My water broke in my sleep at 40 + 1 day, and I gave birth (unmedicated) within 7.5 hours. My husband and I truly think this routine helped play a part in ensuring our baby girl was in a great position to come out!
That’s amazing! I’m so glad that this helped you. Doing it consistently is definitely the key! Your birth sounds just like my first birth after I did this everyday too! 💖 Congratulations! Hope you are both doing well 🙏🏼
I did this excercise nov 26 before i go to bed I was 40 weeks 6 days pregnant, I woke up 3 am in morning feel my stomach starting contractions We call in hospital around 6 o’clock in morning then the midwife gave us instructions that monitor the interval of my construction, around 10 am we go in hospital and I was 7 cm Around 11:43 I gave birth healthy baby girl normal delivery 🎉❤ This excercise/yoga help me a lot Thank you so much for sharing this vedio 😘God bless you
Yesterday, I was 5 days away from my due date and did this video (along with a few other natural induction techniques) and labor began within a few hours!! I’m now laying next to my sweet pea ❤ thanks for this video
Just did this I’m 37 weeks and baby is head down and deep into my pelvis, Doing these stretches helped ease the pressure pain I’m having, So glad I found this ✨
I did this daily from 38+4 onward and my baby made her arrival at 40 weeks exactly. Even did some of these movements during contractions in active labour to make sure baby was making her way smoothly. Thank you so much for this. I was able to have a successful VBAC home birth.
Did this exercise in the evening and started to have contractions early hours in the morning. Had my baby boy in my arms in the afternoon. Delivered at 39 + 3 weeks.
Did this class before bed and was in labor by the next morning! Had such a quick labor, especially as I'm a first-time mom, and had my baby boy by early afternoon the next day at exactly 39 weeks!! Crazy :)
I did this at 39 +1 and went into labor same day. After I finished this video, contractions started 2 hours later and I gave birth the next day!! I had a baby boy and now I´m here with him. Thanks so much, I didn´t know if it was going to work, but it did!!
Alhamdulillah! I said i would come back to give my review but this exercise really helped me😢. I performed the yoga at 38weeks after 2days i repeated the yoga and that night, my water broke
This really does work. I did this for three days after my due date. The third day I had very much pelvic pressure and contractions. And then shortly later my water broke everywhere in the bathroom and I ended up going to the hospital. I gave birth recently and it was a roller coaster but this video helped me get baby ready for release in short time.
I was doing these exercises when I was 32 weeks pregnant, I was able to push my baby out in less then 15 mints without tearing.I delivered my baby at 39 weeks 5 days and feeling good that I watched her videos.thank you so much for this video it really helps.😊
Another successtory! I didn't go into labour within hours but this video helped my baby drop correctly in my pelvis. My success is that it made me go from 2cm to 9cm in one hour once I actually went into labour ! thank you for the video
I am coming back a few months later to say this actually works I was 39 weeks 2 days first pregnancy- I did this before I went to bed and my baby was born 10:27 am the next day. Sending this to every mom I know lol
I tried everything to try to go into labor. Midwives brew, castor oil, walking, everything. I was having Braxton hicks contractions for a couple of days when I turned 39 weeks and one day they were strong but inconsistent. I only did one round of the exercises in this video and instantly my contractions started coming back to back, I went to the hospital like 30 minutes later and I was 4 centimeters dilated when they first checked me, then an hour or two later I was 6 and a half! I got admitted around 5 pm and I had my baby at 11:14pm that same night. It’s been 5 days since I gave birth🥰
@@fashionableWORLD16 definitely labor pains. Before I did these exercises like a couple days before they were just contractions. The day I did these stretches I was in active labor and didn’t know. I was only 1 centimeter dilated the day before.
This exercise worked for me…. Did it at 39 weeks around midnight, contractions started 3:08am and baby girl was born at 6:26am. From first contraction to delivery of baby it was only 3 hours.. thank you soo much. 🙏🌸
I'm in week 37 just browsing videos on labor prep, wasn't planning to actually do any exercises at the moment. But when this video started, the movements looked like just what I needed, so I hopped up and joined in. Feel so nice and relaxed now! I actually hope I don't go into labor quite yet, but I still plan to repeat this video daily to be well prepared, relaxed, and get baby into a great position.
Going into Labor is as much about the mind as it is the body. I think if you’re not feeling ready then it’s probably because it’s not your time yet. So glad the movements felt good to you! Keep going with it as I do think that gives the best results when your mind and body are ready for things to get started 💖 I hope baby comes when it’s the right time for you! Thanks so much for joining me today 🙏🏼
Hello, I finally have a bit of time to comment on this video, my water broke DURING this workout. 😄 I was 7 days past due date. I was doing it for three days before it happened. The birth was really long (34 hours), and they had to help inducing with a balloon, but all went well! I highly recomment this yoga. 🎉🎉🎉THANK YOU
Wow! That’s absolutely amazing that your waters went during ☺️💖 It’s amazing what movement can do to help labor along! Congratulations 💖 I hope you and your little one are doing well 🙏🏼✨
I did this yoga in the evening at around 4pm in my 37weeks+5 days pregnancy..my labor pain got started the same day at 11pm.. next morning my mucous plug came out and my labor pain was increasing with time so I went to hospital, they admitted me and I got delivered at 2:30 am, the very next day after doing this yoga.. it’s like a miracle. Thank you so much Lemon yoga 🌷
I just wanted to leave a “review” and put in my 2 cents haha - Did this flow put me into labour within hours? No. Unless baby and body are ready, nothing will. - Did it contribute to me going into labour as well as having a natural, water birth in 5hrs as a FTM? Absolutely. No matter the amounts of dates you eat the cups of raspberry tea or pineapple you consume, nothing will “induce” labour naturally. The truth is, unless you’re ready and baby is ready, you’re not going into labour. This flow has helped me relax into that knowledge, it helped me connect with my baby, it helped me visualise my baby coming and it had my happy hormones flowing! And that’s what you need. So thank you so so much for this flow, because I truly believe that the mental work it did on me has helped me be ready for labour about a week after starting doing it once a day. I also used some of the things when in labour to help open up hips etc. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ♥️
Thanks lovely for your detailed and very well understood account of what this video aims to achieve. I regularly say that body and baby need to be ready for labour to happen. So if the body is ready and baby is ready then yes this flow will totally help you 💖 I am so pleased that this flow contributed towards you having a natural water birth. Sounds so wonderful! Huge congratulations to you 💖 Being in the right head space is everything 🙏🏼
I did this in the afternoon after i got an IE one morning, then the nurse said my cervix was still closed. By doing so, i been through walking, climbing stairs. Right in the evening, i been through labor, got admitted in the hospital 5cm at 10:30pm, and was giving birth at 11:44pm. Kodus to this video. Thanks God..I was 39 weeks 6/7
Wow that’s amazing that this video worked so well for you to get labor started! Congratulations! Really pleased this helped. Hope you and baby are doing well 💜
You guys!!! I promise y’all my water broke after doing this! It blew my mind. Now I did go walking a few hours before this video so that could’ve helped as well.. but it worked for me
Wohooo! Congratulations lovely. Both helped!! Walking is amazing for getting things going, as is bouncing on a birthing ball and doing yoga moves like the ones in this flow. The important thing is to keep active ☺️ and I’m so so happy to know that this worked for you. Best of luck with everything 💖🙏🏼
Hi i am 38 weeks 6 days i did this exercise at 10:30 plus your other 2 exercises . im not sure about labour i hope he makes his way out this week, but my body feels so nice and relaxed i will keep everyone updated on the progress of this workout for my body and mind im ready for my baby but i hope my baby is ready for me❤❤❤thank you for this calming relaxing workout
Thanks so much for leaving a comment! Really glad you’re feeling nice and relaxed now. That’s what it’s all about it. Best of luck with baby coming this week 🤞🏼💜
This is my 3rd review, After doing this video and reading the amazing comments in them, I had to try it. So to finalize my review, I did this video at bed time (Thursday night), in the morning woke up with contractions 5 minutes apart and had my baby on that day (Friday 5pm) in less than 24 hrs. This video is amazing, it really works.
My wife did this only one evening and she went into labor within 8 hours in her 39th week. After 16 hours of labor, she could deliver normally ☺️ thanks a lot ❤
I am 40 + 3 and have been doing this video for about a week and nothing has happened (alongside sweeps) but it always makes me feel more relaxed and comfortable in my VERY pregnant body so thank you ❤
Last week, I was at due date +1, and didnt want to medically induce labor as my doctor prescribed for the next day (due date +2) So i tried everything we all have read: walking, raspberry leaf infusion, etc… and by searching on TH-cam a found this video. I was conviced by many testymonies of moms, So I had to have a try! At around 6 pm I started the flow, and have done it two times. At 11 pm, my labour started, I delivered my baby as planned at due date +2 at 11 am but withouth induce labour medically. I really dont know if its the flow that induce labour, but it helped me feeling good and was really nice to do. So i Thank you so much lemon yoga for this gift you make to all of moms around the world ❤😘🌺
I tried it early in the morning and repeated it again in the evening. Went into labour 3am next day and delivered same day. I was 40 + 5 days. Thanks a lot it worked for me
I am 38 weeks. Dr had told me to get an Induction scheduled because of Low AFI. Worried because I was not dilated. Did this workout yesterday and today I am 1.5 cms dilated. I had also started Red Rasberry Leaf tea and Dates in my 36th week. And I was active throughout my Pregnancy and did yoga 5 days a week. Thank you for the Video. It really saved me from a painful induction. ❤
Thank you for this! I'm 37 weeks and 5 days and getting excited to meet my first baby. I really liked what you said at the end about speaking to the baby because of the power of the mind (and subsequent releasing of hormones etc!) fingers crossed he comes very soon ❤
You’re amazing! Best of luck with everything and if you find you need help try my video ‘progress labor faster’ that’s designed to do during labor (if you feel safe and comfortable to do so) 💖
STM & 41 weeks. I enjoyed this! Very relaxes after feeling defeated that I had no dilated. Thank you! I really hope this puts me into labour very soon!
I did this exercise on 15th Jan. I was 36+1 weeks and went into labour on 17th 12am I got to the hospital at 3 am. Already 5cm dilated and gave birth to my princess a few minutes after 5 am... thank you so much. I actually did this exercise cause my first 2 came after 41 weeks, and I was induced...
@@Nakeissiajackson OMG YESS….. I was 40 weeks on the 15th and I had my baby on the 17th @7:42am…. He came so quickkk….this definitely worked out for me ✨
Thank you so much for this video. I’m 39 + 5 and have been trembling in pain today from aching and soreness. Even if it doesn’t put me in labor, this was one of the most relaxing exercises I’ve ever done. I’m having intense lightning crotch attacks now so I’m hoping that’s a good sign.
I loved this! Put it in my last every days stretches from week 39+4 up until my baby comes as I felt so relaxed within my body and baby! First time baby came 40+3 three years ago and I have a feeling this second one will come 40+1 or 2 meaning in a few days🤞❤️🤩🫶
I did this a few times a day from 40 weeks (I was told I was unlikely to deliver naturally as baby’s head was in a slightly odd position) and I went into labour at 40+2! Had baby naturally after a very quick 6hour labour 🙌🏻
That’s truly amazing after being told a natural delivery was unlikely! Shows the power of movement 💪🏼 Congratulations lovely! Sounds like you did amazing 💖
I’ve been looking for this video to share my testimony… it actually work I did this class one evening and went into labor the next morning 6am it’s really magical Thank you a lot for this Class❤
Reading these comments and I’m mind blown. I’m 38 weeks and 4 days with my first baby and I did this video last night and around 6 am I started having contractions, I’m only 1/2 cm dilated so no baby yet but it definitely got my body going. I had no signs of labor before this so PROGRESS!! Trying again right now so let’s see what happens 😁
Ah the last few weeks of pregnancy can be so tough! Fingers crossed it’s not much longer for you. Remember to keep repeating these movements. And walk as much as you can! Good luck 💖🤞🏼
I did this yoga as I was a bit concerned about going overdue. I got pains exactly on my due date baby delivered after 12 hrs of labour this is my first pregnancy. This helped me also with the positive affirmations. Good luck to you if you are reading this to get the motivation. You go girl.
This is amazing! I wish i had found and started doing this weeks ago! Im currently 40weeks 2 days and feeling really stressed to get things going. I didnt realize how anxious i really was until i did this yoga and now feel soooo relaxed! Thank you! I did this video back to back and plan to do it again every day until my baby is born! Thank you❤
I was having contractions on and off since monday March 11th. All braxton hicks/prodromal labour. Finally came across this yoga sequence on thursday March 14th and did not believe anything would happen (but thought it would be relaxing). Went into labour that evening and delivered our baby girl Friday March 15th late afternoon. Long but beautiful home waterbirth (unmedicated).
I am 39 weeks and 5 days. I just wish I will go to labor like those in the comments tonight 😂 I am waiting for this magic to work. Thanks for the video it gave me a good feeling of connecting to my baby ❤

Not in labor yet after doing this once, but it's the first flow in a while that really helped me lessen a bit pelvic pain and get everything to move better :)
Exactly 37 weeks and I’ve tried everything from castor oil, spicy foods, evening primrose oil, raspberry leaf tea, acupuncture, sex to exercise on the ball and walking so I’m really hoping this works for me like the many women in the comments. Congratulations to u all for having ur babies. I’m sure ur all amazing mothers to ur children ❤️😊
I’m 39w4d today with #5. I’ve been doing this workout for the last week, and while it hasn’t started labor for me it has helped some as I’ve been losing my mucus plug over the week. And it has helped me do the lunges and squats without hating it.
@@TaylorsHandle thank you! 💕 It actually happened that night I wrote this comment. I did this yoga, went for a walk, ate pineapple and at 10pm the same day I went to the hospital. Few hours later I had my beautiful daughter. I think every pregnancy is different but this yoga and walking helped a lot. I’m sure your baby will be here soon 🥰
It was my due date and i was having appointment to see if the baby was in position for natural birth. The doctor told me baby was good and in position so I did this exercises at 12am, my water broke at 8 that evening and I was delayed 8 cm at midnight. I gave birth at morning at 9:25. Thank you so much ❤
I just did this routine at 40 weeks & 2 days pregnant today. My groin has been hurting so badly since around 38 weeks and it seems to be getting worse due to the pressure of my baby's head. I also did some walking today and some hip stretches. Also in the middle of eating an entire pineapple... I am hopeful to go into labor tonight!
I am honestly in shock that it worked. I was praying that I would go into labor soon, I shortly after fell over this videos I followed the video at 4pm, by 7pm I was feeling contractions. I went to the hospital by 1.20am and delivered by 2.55am 😮 less than 12 hours after watching this video. Thank you so much for sharing. May God bless you🙏🏾♥️

Love your voice and that its only 15 minutes lo g which is doable when you have 2 other little ones running around.

@new mom, Thank you very much I gave birth at week 38+ 2days. I was new to your channel. And it my first pregnancy, I practice the exercise all through step-by-step. I went into labor 4days later. My EDD was 3september, I gave just birth as a prime on Friday 2days now,
I did this video at 39 and 4 days and 39 and 5 days. I went into labor that night at 39 and 5. I really loved how easy this video was and overall relaxing. That being said I think if your baby is ready to come out he/she will. This won’t automatically make you going into labor!
Exactly! Well said and the message I hope everyone takes away from this. Your baby absolutely can be naturally induced IF your body and baby are ready 💖 If you’re not at the right time in your pregnancy to go into labour, your baby isn’t head down and in the pelvis etc then this isn’t necessarily going to work for you. But even then, it’s going to help prepare the body and eventually may help you to go into labour. Glad this helped to relax you though 😃💖
just did this routine at 15:13pm at 37 + 4 weeks hoping this helps me go into labour after having consistent false labour contractions for the past week. Fingers crossed this helps!🤞🏼🤞🏼 going to post updates
This helps alot. I did this for 2 weeks and at my 39 weeks i had a bloody show and mild contraction.I didnt go into labor when i go to the hospital i'm already fully dilated!
This relaxed me so much and also helped my body to release some tension. Toward the end I just randomly started sobbing *I am not an emotional person. We are booked in for induction in 13 days, I am not worried if he doesn't come earlier, but this really really made me feel better. Bubs responded nicely to the exercise as well ❤ Thank you for sharing. (Currently 37w 1d)
Awww that’s so lovely and honestly so normal. Many of my clients have a little cry at the end of their sessions. It shows that you really let go, released tension and opened the mind 💖 Best of luck with everything 🥰

I did the first five minutes of this earlier in the day, and a few other things, and went into labor that evening. Baby is full term, wouldn't advise pushing it if that weren't the case.
So glad this worked so well for you! Just a reminder, you absolutely will not go into labour if you’re body and baby are not ready (this is usually around 37-42 weeks). Full term is a little different for all of us 💖

Thank you so much for sharing this vedio 😘God bless you
Aww that’s so wonderful! So glad this helped you open the body and relax and let go 💖 congratulations on the birth of your baby girl 💕
Yesterday, I was 5 days away from my due date and did this video (along with a few other natural induction techniques) and labor began within a few hours!! I’m now laying next to my sweet pea ❤ thanks for this video
Oh how wonderful! Well done you and congratulations 💖 Hope you and baby are doing well!
I'm currently 40 weeks and 1 day😭I took a long walk and did the exercises, I hope to give birth soon.
Just did this I’m 37 weeks and baby is head down and deep into my pelvis, Doing these stretches helped ease the pressure pain I’m having, So glad I found this ✨
Aww so glad this worked so well for you! 💖
I did this daily from 38+4 onward and my baby made her arrival at 40 weeks exactly. Even did some of these movements during contractions in active labour to make sure baby was making her way smoothly. Thank you so much for this. I was able to have a successful VBAC home birth.
Aww that’s wonderful news! Congratulations ✨🙏🏼. And so glad you used some of the movements in labour too! Sounds like you really did amazing 🤗
Did this exercise in the evening and started to have contractions early hours in the morning. Had my baby boy in my arms in the afternoon. Delivered at 39 + 3 weeks.
So beautiful 🥲 huge congratulations! Sounds like you did amazing! 💖
Did this class before bed and was in labor by the next morning! Had such a quick labor, especially as I'm a first-time mom, and had my baby boy by early afternoon the next day at exactly 39 weeks!! Crazy :)
Aww that’s amazing and sounds just like my first birth!! Congratulations 💖 Hope you and baby boy are doing well! 🥰🥰
I did this at 39 +1 and went into labor same day. After I finished this video, contractions started 2 hours later and I gave birth the next day!! I had a baby boy and now I´m here with him. Thanks so much, I didn´t know if it was going to work, but it did!!
So pleased to hear that this worked for you and that you’ve safely had your baby boy. Congratulations 💖 hope you are both doing well 🥰
Alhamdulillah! I said i would come back to give my review but this exercise really helped me😢. I performed the yoga at 38weeks after 2days i repeated the yoga and that night, my water broke
Huge congratulations to you! Hope you and baby are doing well 💖 So happy this helped you ☺️
We’re fine❤…thanks for asking
Im 37 weeks 1 day pregnant I hope its work on me if its work I’ll definitely come and review for it 😊
Hii what happened@@browngirl7072
This really does work. I did this for three days after my due date. The third day I had very much pelvic pressure and contractions. And then shortly later my water broke everywhere in the bathroom and I ended up going to the hospital. I gave birth recently and it was a roller coaster but this video helped me get baby ready for release in short time.
That’s amazing! And doing it multiple times like that really is the key 💖 Congratulations! Hope you and baby are doing well 💖
I was doing these exercises when I was 32 weeks pregnant, I was able to push my baby out in less then 15 mints without tearing.I delivered my baby at 39 weeks 5 days and feeling good that I watched her videos.thank you so much for this video it really helps.😊
That’s really amazing! Well done you! So important to prep our bodies so they are ready for birth 💓
38 weeks today. So ready to meet her. ❤ I’ll be doing this daily until it happens.
So excited for you!!! 💖🙏🏼
Another successtory! I didn't go into labour within hours but this video helped my baby drop correctly in my pelvis. My success is that it made me go from 2cm to 9cm in one hour once I actually went into labour ! thank you for the video
That’s amazing! Well done you 💖
I am coming back a few months later to say this actually works I was 39 weeks 2 days first pregnancy- I did this before I went to bed and my baby was born 10:27 am the next day. Sending this to every mom I know lol
Truly amazing- well done you and I am so pleased this helped you along. Thanks for sharing too 💖
Hope you’re telling the truth lol going to be doing this tonight I’m 39 weeks and 3 days
@@kteresa0675 you got this 🤞🏾
@@kteresa0675did it work?
I tried everything to try to go into labor. Midwives brew, castor oil, walking, everything. I was having Braxton hicks contractions for a couple of days when I turned 39 weeks and one day they were strong but inconsistent. I only did one round of the exercises in this video and instantly my contractions started coming back to back, I went to the hospital like 30 minutes later and I was 4 centimeters dilated when they first checked me, then an hour or two later I was 6 and a half! I got admitted around 5 pm and I had my baby at 11:14pm that same night. It’s been 5 days since I gave birth🥰
Truly wonderful 💖💖 The power of movement! So glad this flow worked for you 💖
Do you had any labour pain or just contraction?
@@fashionableWORLD16 definitely labor pains. Before I did these exercises like a couple days before they were just contractions. The day I did these stretches I was in active labor and didn’t know. I was only 1 centimeter dilated the day before.
Congratulations!! I'm 38 weeks with gestational diabetes. I'm going to start these exercises to avoid needing my induction appointment on week 39.
@@solagratialifehow did it go? Did it work or did you need an induction?
This exercise worked for me…. Did it at 39 weeks around midnight, contractions started 3:08am and baby girl was born at 6:26am. From first contraction to delivery of baby it was only 3 hours.. thank you soo much. 🙏🌸
That’s amazing!! Congratulations 💖
Congratulations. Quick question! Where you actively exercising prior this yoga?
Did your water broke after doing this exercise?
Did you go into labor?
Is baby here yet ??
I did this class one day and went into labour after 6 hours . delivered my baby 💖 at 37 week alhamdulillah she is fine ..
That’s amazing! Congratulations 💖 So glad this helped you 💖
But 37 weeks is early term...

Yay! Another success story. So pleased for her that it worked so well. Congratulations to you all 💖
Congratulations, how far along was she?
Hello, I finally have a bit of time to comment on this video, my water broke DURING this workout. 😄 I was 7 days past due date. I was doing it for three days before it happened. The birth was really long (34 hours), and they had to help inducing with a balloon, but all went well! I highly recomment this yoga. 🎉🎉🎉THANK YOU
Wow! That’s absolutely amazing that your waters went during ☺️💖 It’s amazing what movement can do to help labor along! Congratulations 💖 I hope you and your little one are doing well 🙏🏼✨
Baby was asleep the whole sequence, but woke up in the last breathing exercise and i felt really connected to my baby!
That is so lovely 🥰
I did this yoga in the evening at around 4pm in my 37weeks+5 days pregnancy..my labor pain got started the same day at 11pm.. next morning my mucous plug came out and my labor pain was increasing with time so I went to hospital, they admitted me and I got delivered at 2:30 am, the very next day after doing this yoga.. it’s like a miracle. Thank you so much Lemon yoga 🌷
That’s amazing! Congratulations 💖 and I’m so glad that this worked for you 🙏🏼✨
@shizaabid8597 massive congrats on birthing your baby!!!! Hope you are enjoying these magical moments with your newborn ❤. So excited for you!
Congratulations . I hope I go into labour too
I did this at 40+2 and was skeptical reading the comments but my water broke like 4 hours later! So happy to be holding my baby boy ☺️
I would be too reading them if it hadn’t already happened to me 😄. Congratulations! So happy that this played a small part in your birth journey 💙
I just wanted to leave a “review” and put in my 2 cents haha
- Did this flow put me into labour within hours?
Also just re read it was a 5 hour labour! You are amazing 🥲💖
I’m doing this flow prayerfully for my goddaughter who is in active labor. Thank you for these gentle suggestions to welcome baby! ❤️
Oh how lovely! I hope your Goddaughter has her baby in her arms very soon 🥰💕
Hope you and baby are doing well 💜
I just did this to test before sending to my sister, who’s currently 4 days overdue, and I loved it for myself!
Love that 😄 Glad you approved! 💖

Amazing news! Congratulations and I’m so happy that this worked for you 💖
Even if this doesnt put me into labor, it made my body feel so much more relaxed
Aww it did it’s job then ☺️ but fingers crossed it helps on the labor front too! 🤞🏼💖
This is my 3rd review,
After doing this video and reading the amazing comments in them, I had to try it. So to finalize my review, I did this video at bed time (Thursday night), in the morning woke up with contractions 5 minutes apart and had my baby on that day (Friday 5pm) in less than 24 hrs. This video is amazing, it really works.
Thank you so much for coming back and updating! Congratulations 💖 sounds like you did amazing!
At which weeks ?
My wife did this only one evening and she went into labor within 8 hours in her 39th week. After 16 hours of labor, she could deliver normally ☺️ thanks a lot ❤
That’s amazing! Hope she’s doing well 💖
I am 40 + 3 and have been doing this video for about a week and nothing has happened (alongside sweeps) but it always makes me feel more relaxed and comfortable in my VERY pregnant body so thank you ❤
So glad to hear that! And that in itself is really something 💖 wishing you all the best with the birth 🙏🏼✨
So i Thank you so much lemon yoga for this gift you make to all of moms around the world ❤😘🌺
That’s so amazing!! Well done!!! I’m so pleased this flow helped you in some way. Hope you and the baby are doing well 💖
I tried it early in the morning and repeated it again in the evening.

Keep the movements up and it should help you to dilate further 🤞🏼 Hope everything goes well for you!
Thank you for this! I'm 37 weeks and 5 days and getting excited to meet my first baby. I really liked what you said at the end about speaking to the baby because of the power of the mind (and subsequent releasing of hormones etc!) fingers crossed he comes very soon ❤

I also wanted to add that right before bed that night I asked him to come out just like you said to at the end of the video 🫶🏻
I will definitely do this thank you so much
Hope you like it 💖
just did this routine at 15:13pm at 37 + 4 weeks hoping this helps me go into labour after having consistent false labour contractions for the past week. Fingers crossed this helps!🤞🏼🤞🏼 going to post updates
Really hope this helps! Good luck with everything 💖🙏🏼
update: it it currently 13:33pm next day and I haven’t yet gone into labour although having contractions on and off during the day and last night 🤞🏼🤞🏼
soooo??????
Update...
This helps alot. I did this for 2 weeks and at my 39 weeks i had a bloody show and mild contraction.I didnt go into labor when i go to the hospital i'm already fully dilated!
That’s amazing!! So glad this flow helped prepare your body for labor. Hope you and baby are doing well 💖
This relaxed me so much and also helped my body to release some tension.
I am 40 weeks today and desperate for baby to come at this stage! I also have twin girls who are 3 and doing it all alone so it's been a journey! I really needed this video, more than I actually thought ! I feel such a release from it and at the end, when connecting to baby, I actually unexpectedly burst into tears! 🥲 Thank you for such a special yoga workout ❤️ hopefully baby follows swiftly along 🙈
Wow you really are doing amazing- well done you!!! Keep smashing it. You’ve got this!!!! I hope baby makes an appearance soon 🙏🏼💖
I just finished this and felt myself release some tears at the end also!! Good luck to you Mama
I'm trying this yoga tomorrow because the doctor said I've dilated 2cm. I'm 37 weeks and I hope this works
Sounds like a perfect time to get started with it. Best of luck to you 💖
How much time u do it
I did the first five minutes of this earlier in the day, and a few other things, and went into labor that evening. Baby is full term, wouldn't advise pushing it if that weren't the case.
So glad this worked so well for you! Just a reminder, you absolutely will not go into labour if you’re body and baby are not ready (this is usually around 37-42 weeks). Full term is a little different for all of us 💖
