Hi Bridget, I really hope i get the chance to do the breathing out the baby...trying for VBAC even My OB discourages it. Will see my baby Cris David any day now.
I delivered my baby boy today. And although it was definitely rough, no epidural. I was already 9cm dilated when I got to the hospital. I kept remembering “I can do this” “my body was designed to do this” while breathing and pushing. You helped me a lot! Thank you!
My baby has just been born a few hours ago. I breathed my way through even the most painful contractions. I used this method for all of my braxton hicks contractions too, while staying positive. I am here to say thank you. This video helped me. Worked like magic.
Here again after 2 1/2 years, preparing for my imminent labor. Standing at 39weeks now. To all new expecting mommies, believe me this is the right place for you and again thank you dear Bridget for sharing and teaching us the right technique. It really helps me with my firstborn. My baby was out within the third push🤍
Hope you had a safe delivery. I'm also here again, pregnant with my 2nd baby, these videos and others helped me prepare so much especially mentally with my first delivery. I'm hoping to have an unmedicated birth again, it's tough but so worth it.
I used your j-breath technique during my labour, and it proved to be very effective!! I was so proud of myself. That was two months ago and now i have a healthy beautiful baby girl 😊❤️
I had the most wonderful natural birth experience a week ago where I used your breathing technique to relax and it helped me all the way to the pushing! The midwives were amazed over how quickly I dialated and how relaxed I was! It only took about 7 hours from the first mild contraction until I had my baby in my arms. Thank you so much!
@@nadiadima9449 yes usually we only hear horror stories of births but there are also good ones! I think it really depends on how you cope with the contractions, you have to trust your body and try to relax, then everything will happen faster due to the hormones released :)
Personally I preferred giving birth while on my back. I couldn’t move into a different position because I was in too much pain lol. 2 big tips from a veteran momma (4 births, 3 med free) is DO NOT scream during contractions. Moan and groan. Drop your jaw and vocalize. When you start screaming you tense up. Which leads to my next tip is to keep your body relaxed. If your jaw and hands are clenched then your body is tense and you can’t move baby down. Luckily the pushing stage only lasted a few minutes for me.
I just gave birth to my babygirl i went unmediated for me i couldn't be on my back i stayed on all fours and screaming and grunting was relief for me it was painful but i could feel when she was ready for me to push
I'm pregnant with my first baby, I'm far from my family and the covid situation is not allowing me to find physical classes for childbirth. But your videos help me so much to feel more confident. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! you have no idea how much you're helping many of us. 💕💕
I'm with you on this! No classes being offered right now & I'm so scared! But I just subscribed here & saving videos to help. I'm only 23 weeks pregnant but trying to be prepared 💗 COVID has really messed things up for us. Good luck to you mama 😘
yea i hate this covid situation, hospitals wont allow for doulas, midwives or family, no labor classes, no prenatal classes, no breastfeeding...nothing
Thank you Bridget for all your help! I gave birth to my first born in February, at home & unmedicated. I had a wonderful midwife with me and of course my husband. He was born within 4 hours of the arrival of my midwife. The way she massaged my back and compressed my hips helped the most with pain, also the birth pool and staying mentally in control that I can do it.. To all the pregnant woman who are fearful towards your labour: You can do it! We are build to birth!
I just wanted to take a minute to thank u for all your videos. Specifically this one. I just had my baby. Ended up having it at home alone in my hot tub because my husband was on the way back from work and didn't arrived until the baby was already here. 6 hrs of labor and all that time i never felt i needed any medication or anything. I actually didn't realized i was in labor until like 30 mins before baby was born. I thought were braxton contracting. I used your breathing technique the whole time. Thank u. U are wonderful. 6 hrs labor, 13 mins pushing. I'm officially a vbac momma now and I successfully achived an unassisted, natural home birth.
You are awesome!!! I wonder about this! How did you safely cut the cord. When did you go to the hospital, if at all? How did you document the birth for a birth certificate? What did you do with your placenta?
This is very helpful! My delivery was smooth and easy because I follow this breathing technique. It's my second baby and everything was easy, almost no pain during labor.. Please please follow these techniques it will help you a lot.
@@emilysalce6491 how would you know? You didn't feel their contractions, you weren't there for their labours. Stop being so bitter, everyone has a different experience during birth.
I just delivered my baby a few days ago and this video was life-changing! The breathing exercises worked like magic! It was night and day compared to my first delivery! Thanks A LOT
Same girl. First baby was purple pushed out with lots of yelling and little support. After watching your videos and practicing, second baby breathed out without much noise and lots of concentration. I felt very empowered and my pain (with precipitous labours) was much more controlled. Thanks!
Old doula here (about 25 years). Thank you for addressing “moo” breathing. It’s a great tool I don’t often hear of being used unless a mama has a doula! The other wonderful effect is the “internal effleurage “ of the vibration in the chest and throat of the mooing. Nice video!
I just wanted to stop by and thank you so much for these videos! I had my baby boy last week, and my entire labor was 9.5 hours (and I am a first time mom). I had to be induced, but my cervix was soft before the induction was started. The breathing techniques helped me go through most of the labor beautifully, and I believe the reason why I had some issues coping towards the end was that I did not realize I was already in the final stages of labor and was using the wrong breathing technique! Nobody, me included, expected I would progress so quickly, but I did have a contraction after contraction in the last couple of hours. I am so happy that I was able to do it all without epidural and looking back, the labor was much easier and less painful than I ever imagined it would be!
I remember watching this to prepare for my delivery. I was so nervous since this was my first baby. It was pretty crazy but it was a long near 16 hours of labor. The contractions at first felt like mild gas but when my body was finally in go mode? My baby boy came into this world finally in 3 hours. The day was a blur. I vomited a few times passed out a few times but I did it all naturally and as a result I came out of it healthy my baby boy came out healthy and I had a very minor tear that didn't even need stitches. My recovery time was quick I was up and wanting to move the next morning my midwife scolded me since I even felt good enough to do laundry lol overall it was an experience and to be honest I would do it again. That baby truly is the payoff ladies.
Perfect. I find young moms have no idea and are scared. They don't know how to listen to their body. It's important to encourage them to listen and to know their body knows what to do. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much! Your breathing exercises helped me so much through my labour and manage it without pain meds and epidural. I delivered beautiful baby girl 3 days ago.
I did this with baby seven and it worked amazingly. I don’t “moo” but I felt the Lord help teach me to push down the energy of deep breathing into the uterus and out! It helped move that baby indeed!
For anyone reading this, as a mother who is a grand multipara... I can say this video is completely accurate!!!! "10 cm" does not mean your baby is ready to come out, unless there is an emergency do not pay attention to the practice of 10cm = ready to come out/push... coached pushing usually gets you straining unnecessarily....
This advice allowed me to have a natural birth after having an epidural for my 1st son. Focusing on my breaths helped me stay calm and let my body do what it needed to. Last part of breathing I was groaning more than moo but still stayed calm without yelling or freaking out. It was definitely an achievement for me. It is amazing what our bodies can do.
To prep for my second (but first natural) birth I watched yours and other videos about breathing during pushing and wasn’t sure I was onboard. I just had my daughter on Thursday VERY quickly and didn’t get any coaching on pushing... but without thinking I did this breathing to push my baby out and it was very effective. I’m a believer!
Used these methods 5 years ago when I was giving birth without pain meds with my second baby, and it worked beautifully, I even got compliments from the nurses and doctors for using the proper breathing techniques during the different stages of labor.
Hi! Just wanted to say thanks! I used so many of the tips I found on your videos and was able to deliver my baby without an epidural even though she was posterior. While using your breathing tips during contractions, the nurses complimented me on how I was handling the pain. Thank you for all of your help! :)
I watched so many of your videos during my 1st pregnancy in 2020. I was sooooo scared because the fact of only 1 person in room due to COVID. my mom was not able to be there. I had such a positive birth experience!!!!!!! and I know it was thanks to you and myself feeling prepared knowing what to do. Here I am again re watching your videos getting ready for my 2nd birth ….. currently 35 weeks pregnant and feeling anxious🥲
Thank you for your time in supporting all the mothers out there. I really appreciate you. I tried to use all 3 breathing techniques but at some point i ran out of breath because of my blood pressure but by the grace of God I delivered my baby safe and sound.God bless you. 🙌
Thank you for sharing these tips, Bridget! My second daughter was born yesterday morning, and the difference between this birth and the first one was hugely positive and thanks in large to your videos.
Bridget you are brilliant. I took notes on your breathing videos literally days before the big event occurred and I'm so glad I did. I brought the mini notebook with me to the hospital! I had little idea that a random week of my usual appointment check up would be my last. A hcp called me to say to go to the hospital Pronto last Friday for being induced because of my baby being small/ growth restriction concerns. Ended up pushing for 40 ish mins and even though I got a little flustered I was able to think back to your videos, calm down and breathe effectively. My girl came last Saturday(a week ish more early than the due date) at 5 lbs and 10 ounces . Thank you for creating amazing content and continuing to do so 💕
Giving birth in 6 weeks and haven’t been able to have any birthing classes due to COVID. I’ve been so stressed and scared because I am going in knowing nothing! Your videos are a lot of help!
Hi Samantha, have you checked out online antenatal classes? There are lots out there. I recommend hypnobirthing antenatal classes as I am a big fan and teach hypnobirthing. Hypnobirthing is the best course to help with anxiety and stress so you can feel really calm and relaxed in pregnancy and childbirth. You can learn so much antenatal stuff on Bridget's channel to be honest as she has so much valuable content on here but if you are interested in finding out about hypnobirthing and want to be able to work through a course from home with your partner, let me know, I could help, or simply check out my course here: themotherhoodacademy.teachable.com/p/themotherhoodacademy . Wishing you a positive birth! If you have any questions, please let me know. Love and best wishes, Anja xxxx
This is quality content I wish I had with my 1st 2 pregnancies! I’m now on my 3rd pregnancy after 11 years and I’m opting for a home water birth. I’m a RN of 6 years now so I’m much more educated on the way your body and birth work together. I enjoy your content. Thank you. Can’t wait to Mooo-ve my baby out 😂
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you Bridget for your meditation audio's, breathing & laboring techniques, I pretty much went though your whole playlist of meditation during labor repeatedly. I was one of the fortunate ones, I had an amazing birthing experience with the help of your advice and recommendations which you produced through your you tube vids. I wanted to have a natural unmedicated birth & I was laughed at by friends and family, but it only made me stronger & I achieved just that by staying positive and in control of each surge while embracing every moment as much as I could. Towards the end of my labour it was a little overbearing (@7cm dilated ) almost went for the epi, but I was told that it's time to push, three pushes and my little baby girl entered the world safely 3 months ago.. I also used the breathing techniques advice you recommended when not to push (to avoid tearing) worked very well but I felt like I was hyperventilating, had to remind myself to be aware & stay in control and postive.. Fear left me that day and I was in control.. Had a fantastic team around me, my husband was amazing kept on reminding me to breath (as we practiced) through each surge and the exercise ball was a +++, I stayed active during my labor as much as possible.. I strongly recommend your advice to mummies to be.. Thank you so much for making such educative and safe content especially for new time mummies.. Thank you & stay blessed .. ❤️
First time mommy here….getting ready to give birth in 3 weeks and I want to do it natural as well. Your feedback on your experience along with Bridget advice is extremely motivating! Thank you for giving such a detailed post! Wishing you and your baby girl healthy and beautiful blessings. 🤗
Thanks a lot for the info and tips. I helped my wife with these breathing exercises during her labor. It worked wonders. She was able to complete the whole process smoothly and our baby was delivered with no complications. Highly recommended breathing exercises.
Exactly six weeks ago, about half an hour after my first contractions started, I quickly searched youtube for breathing during labor techniques and found this video. My labor was super short - 3.5 hours in total from the first contraction to when he was out - so I never made it past the first 'destressor' technique, but that one technique saved the day for me. I used it the whole time, from my living room to the delivery room (technically a waiting room next to the delivery room since everything happened so fast and I never actually made it to a delivery room) and it really was a lifesaver. Thanks so much.
This video was a lifesaver. I watched it during the day and that evening went into labor and then used this technique through every single contraction! Very very thankful for this!
Hi, Bridget! I just wanted to reach out and thank you for everything that you do. Your channel was such a help to me through my pregnancy and I wanted to let you know that you are doing so much good for all of us first time moms! I was put on bed rest at 30 weeks and was not able to make it to any child birth classes. My body had been showing signs of preterm labor since 25 weeks and we were very nervous that our baby was going to make an early appearance. I eagerly started searching for help to try and get prepared for delivery early and that’s when I came across your channel. Over the next 6 weeks I watched just about every video that you had and was feeling more and more confident with each one that I watched. The way you approach things and the way you explain them in such a joyful and positive manner helped me feel so good about what was to come! I had been planning an all natural delivery and you helped me feel that I could do it. But I also remembered what you said about not holding on too tightly to your birth plan. My baby ended up going full term (thank God!) and I went into labor at 39 weeks. I was ready to go and knew what to do, but when labor went much longer than expected, I had a choice to make and remembered your video about the pros and cons of epidurals. I remember you saying to do whatever was needed to have a positive birth experience, regardless of what that looks like. I labored for 26 hours with no pain medicine before I had spent everything I had and knew I needed the epidural if I was to continue. After 33 hours of labor, our beautiful baby boy finally arrived, and after how much I hadn’t wanted an epidural, it was honestly the thing that saved me and I couldn’t have been more thankful for it. Thank you for how you made me feel supported, regardless of what ended up happening. Our baby is happy and healthy and I feel like I learned so much from! I hope you feel encouraged today as you continue to encourage all the rest of us!
I’m an expecting father watching this because I want to be prepared for the worse case scenario (not making it to the hospital ie) during these troubling times. We are due in September. Great info. Thank you
That is entirely possible- once her doc starts to check her at appointments, time your route to the hospital and make sure you have everything ready to go. We almost didn’t make it last time
Thank you for your videos! These techniques helped me during my all natural unmedicated delivery! I was able to breathe through each contraction. Thank you!
Thank you, Bridget! I recently had my baby and even though I was only able to do unmedicated birth up until 4 cm and then receive and epidural because I was induced with pitocin. Your breathe technique help me get to 4cm and to push my baby out in 3 contractions. My baby was 9 Lbs and 4 oz.
Seriously, watching this peppy 20 year old (haha, joking, clearly she's, like, 22 ;-) )talk about birth and labor has been one of the most encouraging and supportive things I've found to counter all the birth negativity out there! Thank you, Bridget!
same for me!! I'm 23 :) So encouraging and supportive and MAKING IT REAL! Real that it can be as positive and euphoric as it is meant to be. Our bodies... it's like... Amen. Namaste. Wow.
It totally works !!! I was searching how to be calm in labour and was very fortunate that I came across your video just few days before going into labour .
It does feel like you’ll poop a bowling ball lol but once your at that point your almost done. You can do this!!! I had my first baby at home and it’s 99% mental!
I’m ok guys!! 😂❤️ I had a c section, didn’t feel anything! Baby was born @ 34 weeks so he had to stay in the NICU for almost a month, we’re home now and both doing amazing 💕
Thanks so much for your videos. I am starting OBGYN residency in July and am so excited to coach mamas on open glottis breathing rather than closed glottis pushing. I hope other hospital providers will start teaching this instead as well! I will be sharing your youtube page with my patients!! Especially when I won't have enough time in prenatal visits to cover all this wonderful stuff you've shared! Thank you for being a part of these mamas care team via online!
Came back after 2 years just to share that breathing technique was very helpful to control my anxiety and delivering my firstborn. And now , im here again for my second baby soon. Thank you so much❤
I would like to thank you bridget💛 right before I was in labor I watched this video of how to breathe and push during labor and it really helped me have a smooth and calm birth. And I am just over filled with love because this video really helped me, and I highly recommend any mamas out there to really take her advice. It helped me and it can help you.💜
I took a Marie Mongan Hypnobirthing class in 2017 when I was pregnant with my baby girl. Had a wonderful birth just breathing baby down. I'm 39 weeks now, and have been reviewing all things birth with your channel. Thank you so much for being a wonderful resource. ❤
Just a tip, I used this technique while 6 months pregnant and very constipated on a camping trip. I visualized the energy going through my intestines and relaxing them and low and behold I went potty!!
I feel blessed I found your videos, Bridget. I'm about to enter week 36 and planning to have my first baby through natural birth because I've always thought that female bodies are precisely made for giving birth, we have power within. So I'm really thankful because listening to you has given me the courage to keep going with my decision even when everyone tells me that I "have to" get the epidural and that I'm crazy to think that I can do it without asking for it. So, again, thank you very much for your wonderful way to encourage through knowledge and experience. Thank you! ✨
Hey, thank you so much for making such beautiful videos on birth preparations. Its really very helpful for first time mothers like me ... specially in this time when most of the birth classes are cancelled. Really thankful for each video that you have created 😊
I have been watching your vids for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. last week I gave birth to my baby girl and Id want to thank for walking thru labor with me. your breathing techniques work for me till the last push, thank you Birth Doula Bridget.
I gave birth October 7th 2019. I was due October 12th. The weekend before my delivery day I watched your video. I'm here to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. I'm a FTM and I used every technique you said. We got to the hospital and once they admitted me I started breathing and breathing. I wanted to go natural but I only lasted 9 hours until I couldnt take it anymore. I was 7 cm open thanks to you! All the nurses said I was doing really well and pretty much were implying I should keep going but I asked for the epidural. :P You helped me get through my pain. When it came to pushing the nurses had just switched shifts and I was super nervous. Luckily the nurse that just started her night shift gave my husband and I, a crash course on how to breathe and when to hold it during labor. I pushed my baby girl out in 11 minutes. I have to say you and my nurse gave me the best birth expeirence ever. During contractions I had told my mother in law this is it. This will be my only child. Then once my baby was delivered I told my nurse I'll do it all over again if youre my nurse. She laughed and said we'll have the same team.
This is so great, Bridget. You are wonderful describing this Lamaze breathwork. I was told to do the hold breathing technique by the hospital. I tried what they said, but realized it wasn't for me. When I breathed doing the Lamaze breath, my baby actually came.
Thank you so much for all your videos! They are so educational and practical. I had a completely natural and unmedicated birth. I practiced these breathing methods during my pregnancy and it was amazing how much it helped! I recommend your videos to all my pregnant friends!
I had to most relaxed natural birth, it was my first and it took me less than 4 hours.. the midwife was amazed how I handled the contractions and how fast it went. Thanks to your video I was able to breathe through the contractions. Thankyou!😘
Congratulations!! Its going to be all worth it once your baby is out 🥰 It was my first time and I feel like I was lucky I was in labor for 11 hours and I was hearing that my first would take up to 30 hours 😩 but honestly once you start to feel those contractions just follow the breathing techniques for each contraction it’s will help ease the pain a little and I feel like that’s what helped me open up faster. I did get an epidural which helped me enjoy the rest of labour but everyone has their own opinion on that. But since it was my first it’s hard to know what to expect. Watching her videos were a huge help GOOD LUCK MAMA!
Also I used the first breathing technique I didn’t try the j breathing or the last one I felt like the first was very effective for me . Practice your breathing !
Thank you for your videos. I delivered my baby girl two weeks ago with the help of your videos. Doctors and nurses were amazed on how amazingly I was handling labor. I’m also proud of my self since since giving birth was one of my biggest fears because I have low pain tolerance. Your videos really helped me. TY 💕
I am going to be my daughters doula in the next month. I wish I had been educated when I had my 2 natural hospital births 1991 & 2000 It was uncomfortable and forced back position and pushing. My daughter and I have loved your videos and you have a great calming and confident personality. ❤️ I will recommend to all mamas!!
I am a mom of 3 boys. My baby girl is due on June 18th. My third pregnancy I had a moment where I forgot how to push when I had to do my first push. I remember everything else but panicked for a sec. Luckily I had amazing nurse re walk me through it. I really like this breathing technique. Tonight I’m kinda tuning up so I don’t go through that again. I work full time overnights and it’s my last weekend working I made it to 38weeks. We count are steps at work. We have a three level medical building. I walk about 7 miles per shift. so I took my break and saw this video and I’ve been mooing around between bells. I’ve Been watching your other videos this last week and I am so happy to find this one thank you for all your intel. I love knowledge and you have a lot of it. God bless.
Currently 31 weeks with baby number 3. I’m due April 26 I’m very excited to try to do an epidural free birth this time I can’t wait to try these techniques! I hope they are affective for me and go through without any medication
Thank you so so much for your wonderful videos!! We welcomed our third little one into the world recently, and your videos on breathing techniques helped me get through the pain of labor and pushing! Even though I had an epidural, I progressed quickly, so it took the edge off the pain, but I was still able to feel the pushing, which I think was a blessing. I was able to push effectively, and although it was painful, feeling our baby born into the world was a magical experience! Thank you for helping me feel empowered through it all! For all the mamas out there, you can do this!!
This makes so much sense! Doctors always stress not straining if you’re constipated and breathing instead to relax the muscle for easier movement. Why would it be so different when giving birth? Odd reference but you get what I mean.
I won’t be taking birthing classes. I’m so glad I found your channel to help me prepare!! I have 8-10 weeks left (depending if I have to get induced or not)
Thank you for this video 💕 I delivered my baby girl this past Sunday and I focus on the breath and the mooo sound and as a first time mom the hospital team did not believe that I arrived with 8cm dilated ! Thank you thank you for all your videos ❤️❤️❤️
Can I recommend that you discuss Fetal Ejection? It can be huge shock, and while it's not super common, I think women should be aware of it. I had it with all of mine, and even knowing it would happen, it was still surreal. For anyone reading who doesn't know what it is, it's completely automatic expulsion of the baby. You have zero control, you never consciously push, and it's very fast. Those women having babies in cars and on sidewalks etc, that's what's happening. Even after three kids, I still have no clue what pushing feels like, or how it's done - despite completely natural births with no pain relief.
I'm about to give birth this next few days. I hope I will remember this breathing technique that you taught. I also feel encouraged just by watching this video. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
I believe this technique helps, thank you for the education Bridget 🌹🌹🌹 I'm just 5 weeks pregnant, but so excited to learn about the labor and delivery. Hopefully my baby is healthy until the birth time ❤️
This helped my mom so much and my sister name is aaiylah love this video my mom had enough breath not like she did when she had me and my brother now I'm a big sis
Thank you soooo much, amazing Bridget! I had a smooth awesome natural birth with a very short labor. I used your breathing techniques, the birth ball exercises and in 5 hours I delivered my adorable baby girl. Sending you a lot of love from Prague, Czech Republic. 💖💖💖
I love your content ❤ these videos are all so informative. You offer such a peaceful, joyful experience while watching and learning. God Bless You! I am in my second pregnancy due at the end of December and am wanting to have a home water birth. it’s been 8 long years in between. Since then,I found a much strength and empowering Information along the way in regards to pregnancy labor and birth that I pray all mothers new and old find as well. Thanks and Glory all be to God! It’s such a blessing to have this kind of help on such a large scale to expectant mothers or women desiring to conceive at some point. It’s a great gift you offer to women. You deserve a hug or a thumbs up at least 👍
I’ll be giving birth to my second baby very soon! I had a wonderful med free natural birth with my son 5 years ago and I can’t wait to give birth again (as crazy as that may sound lol). I have a playlist on here with birthing tips and it’s filled with your videos. Thank you for putting so much helpful info out into the world! ❤️
Thank you for your videos! I watched many of them during pregnancy and they helped me so much in preparation for my labour and delivery. The breathing techniques really helped throughout the process and it was so encouraging to be able to identify the stages of labour as I was going through them to know that I was progressing. Thank you again!
Currently almost due and I want to do a natural birth with no epidural so bad but I’m very terrified but as I’m listening to you and reading the comments I feel like I can do this ❤️
Love your videos so much, feels like I have someone with me when I’m alone and experiencing Braxton Hicks. I end your videos feeling calm and confident like yeah, I can do this, I got this....! xx

I delivered my baby boy today. And although it was definitely rough, no epidural. I was already 9cm dilated when I got to the hospital. I kept remembering “I can do this” “my body was designed to do this” while breathing and pushing. You helped me a lot! Thank you!
God Bless xxx

Hey, how was your delivery if you don't mind me asking?
Same 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼😊
My baby has just been born a few hours ago. I breathed my way through even the most painful contractions. I used this method for all of my braxton hicks contractions too, while staying positive. I am here to say thank you. This video helped me. Worked like magic.
How did u do it though. I felt my lungs couldn't get any oxygen with my first child.
That was two months ago and now i have a healthy beautiful baby girl 😊❤️
that is amazing!!!!!! and did you feel the difference vs prior breathings? like, what did the mu-breath felt like when engaged??
Same here!!! With baby number 3 didn’t rip and it was fast! Now back with baby #4 and back to breathing lessons 😂😢
My last was under 2 hours from first contraction to birth. He was my second and my third is probably going to come with a sneeze
Was this your first baby?
@@nadiadima9449 yes I only have one child. Hope I get to have another :)
@@zaudur This gives me hope. Most of the fast labour stories are from moms with second or higher numbered baby.
It’s hard for me to push laying down
Great tips, very logical, thank you!!! I'm 8.5 months pregnant so will.be definitely using your tips soon!!👍
I've only had unmedicated births and I prefer birthing on my back too! I have much more control/less tearing that way
I also felt most comfortable on my back! I was prepared to want to go with some other position but that's how I ended up
I literally mooooooed with my 3rd baby during active labour😅😅😅 . Due with my 4th here to remind myself again how to do it.

😅 ur words just give me relief from my anxiety about pain😢
Not pregnant - just having trouble pushing on the toilet and this really helped me not to strain
Congrats to all you beautiful mothers though!! This is a GREAT video!!
Omg 😂
Honestly. Revolutionary for pooping 😅
me also on the toielt “I can do this, my body was designed for this” 😂
Here doing research for my pregnant wife, she’s in early pre labor.
38 weeks 5 days! I’m so happy I found your channel, I feel a lot better about giving birth now. This is my first baby, I’m so excited!
Girl you are bomb....this is what I wanna do. No rushes to hospitals, no iv, no interference....
I had almost no pain also! So thankful for this video!
😮 no pain???
🙏🏻🙏🏻Thank you
@@ItsYaBoi888 they are so full of it
@@emilysalce6491 how would you know?
With your help I just deliverd my baby girl naturally! Thank you!! I'm so happy I found you. Lots of love from Finland 💖

@@ccann1658 congrats mama ! You got this
Did you get any tear?
Hello Tea, i am also giving birth in Finland. Found your comment. Congrats, mama!
I’m a believer!
so the pushing baby out is this type of breathing.when they say push and ishould breath like this?
I love your videos... 33 weeks pregnant with my first baby and I am so getting ready to bring my little boy into the world...

Thank you for sharing these tips, Bridget! My second daughter was born yesterday morning, and the difference between this birth and the first one was hugely positive and thanks in large to your videos.
This helped me during my labor and delivery just April of this year. And so I also constantly recommend this to others in my videos. More power!
Thanks for giving us these tips I'm 34 weeks and really needed to hear this much love from Zimbabwe 🇿🇼
Thank you for sharing! It’s coming to me at a good time. I’m 36 weeks now.

Thanks you - 40 weeks now, so any day! Love your videos.
Was this your first child?
Heather Drennan God bless you for sharing

Thank you! ✨

I am a mom of 3 boys. My baby girl is due on June 18th. My third pregnancy I had a moment where I forgot how to push when I had to do my first push. I remember everything else but panicked for a sec.
I love this!! I’m going to share your comment in one of my upcoming videos- you’re amazing, Mama!
Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
I believe this technique helps, thank you for the education Bridget 🌹🌹🌹
I'm just 5 weeks pregnant, but so excited to learn about the labor and delivery. Hopefully my baby is healthy until the birth time ❤️
