Broken Bolt Extraction (HEMI Exhaust Manifold)

If you have a broken exhaust manifold bolts inside the cylinder head there are 3 ways to get them out.
1. Drilling a hole in to them and using extractor to unscrew them out
2. Welding a nut on top of it
3. Remove the cylinder head and send to machine shop for laser removal
