Silver Airways is Certified as a 3-Star Airline for the quality of its airport and onboard product and staff service. Product rating includes seats, amenities, food & beverages, IFE, cleanliness etc, and service rating is for both cabin staff and ground staff.
Flying from New Orleans, LA (MSY) to Jacksonville, FL (JAX) using Silver Airways for the first time ever.
Is it worth it?

If they bought a fleet of Dehavilland Dash 8 400Q instead of the ATR, they could use the bridge to the plane instead of having people walk downstairs to the plane.

The return flight was canceled. I had to get another flight. But I was reimburse fully.

Yes there was no issues with the seats. But I can only speak for the front row seat I sat in.
